Westfriesland is beautifull. With a lot of old historic places in the neightbourhood, such as Hoorn, Enkhuizen, Medemblik and Alkmaar. The IJssel-lake is nearby. The beach is 35 minutes travelling by car. You can cycle along the beautifull small villages.
