  • The room was what I expected, spacious, clean, and had air conditioning. Also the house is in a nice location. The host was not home during my stay but I was received by the housekeeper who cooked delicious meals. The hosts arranged for a driver to pick me up at the airport which was also very convenient.

  • Rajni was everything you could ask for in a host, she would always make time to ensure you were happy and comfortable. She was very accommodating, I even ended up arriving a day early and this was no problem. The accommodation itself is extremely comfortable and well located, and the provided food was excellent!! Highly recommended

  • Rajni and Shirish make for excellent hosts. Though they were away when we first arrived, they called several times to make sure everything was OK and help us arrange cars. The apartment itself is spacious and comfortable; wifi good but not great. If you're looking for the less chaotic side of Delhi, I recommend this spot.

  • Our stay in Rajni house was extremely nice. Rajni is very very hospitable, friendly and helpful host. It was great to talk with her, and be her guests. We had very comfortable room, with big bed and fresh towels. Big plus was delicious food, which was prepared by Geetha – Rajni’s very friendly and always smilling house maid. Ranji house is located in safety police area. We would highly recommend Rajni for everybody who want to feel in Delhi like in their own house .We would definitely choose to book this place again. • My stay in Delhi worked out nicely. Rajni's teen-aged children came with their driver to meet me at the airport- great after a 14 hour flight. Although Rajni and Shishih were out of town the children shared time and information with me. The delightful Greeta made great meals that were just spicy enough. It would be heaven to have her to spoil me in my own home.

One suggestion: India is chilly in February, since the houses are designed for the steamy India summers. Warm clothes are necessary indoors.

  • Rajni and Sirish were out of town, so tey could not be there to receive us. I was quite desapointed. If I knew it I would have concelled my reservation. It was my first stop of my first day of my first trip to India. I was willing to exchange, get some informations, have some answer to many questions about India, Delhi, and my following trip.
We were received by Geeta, the housemaid. She was very nice, making food for us. The accomodation was desapointing. The situation a bit far from the center with nothing around. The price asked by Jajni is too High. The value for money is not the best. For the same price you can get much better accomodation in Delhi.

  • Great location close to Khan market and a wonderful housemaid who cooks amazing local food!

  • Well we found that the location was very good first of all. We also found that there was a heater in our room..necessary due to the chill of the air at this time of year in Delhi!
Fresh towels, greetings from the maid who cooked good food for us and made an excellent cup of masala chai with ginger!
We felt safe here and our hosts we very much in contact with us during our stay.
The food was great and the hospitality was warm.
Nice hot water in the bathroom, lots of soaps and travel sized items to borrow if needed.
Wi-Fi was good and we had power to charge devices. They have an awesome water purifier in the kitchen to fill your water bottle..a big plus.
We felt welcomed and we were treated as true guests.
We would recommend Rajni for any of our traveller friends looking to stay in Delhi.

  • Rajni is considerate and hospitable and goes out of her way to make her guests feel comfortable, catering to their dietary and other preferences. This is one of the best Delhi stays I have had and I have visited the city about 25 times in my lifetime! The proximity of her place to Khan Market, to the Habitat Centre and Lodhi Gardens were other attractions that made my stay complete.

  • This proved to be a very convenient place for me to stay whilst in Delhi. I stayed for 2 nights. Ranji was away on business and Shirish proved to be an excellent host. He took an interest in what I was doing and helped me sort out problems with my mobile phone. I was able to contact him or Geetha, the maid, at any time. They were very flexibile about my timings, which changed due to the tours I undertook. I ate one evening meal which was delicious. Geetha was on hand whenever I needed anything and made me breakfast each morning, introducing me to different India foods.
I was taken to the flat by taxi each day so I cannot comment on the walk to the Metro.
The neighbourhood is residential and quiet by Delhi standards. Occasionally the neighbourhood dogs barked but settled again very quickly.
The bedroom is spacious and there is a lockable wardrobe for valuables. I was given a key to the flat and could come and go when I chose to.
