  • Rajni was everything you could ask for in a host, she would always make time to ensure you were happy and comfortable. She was very accommodating, I even ended up arriving a day early and this was no problem. The accommodation itself is extremely comfortable and well located, and the provided food was excellent!! Highly recommended

  • Rajni and Shirish make for excellent hosts. Though they were away when we first arrived, they called several times to make sure everything was OK and help us arrange cars. The apartment itself is spacious and comfortable; wifi good but not great. If you're looking for the less chaotic side of Delhi, I recommend this spot.

  • Our stay in Rajni house was extremely nice. Rajni is very very hospitable, friendly and helpful host. It was great to talk with her, and be her guests. We had very comfortable room, with big bed and fresh towels. Big plus was delicious food, which was prepared by Geetha – Rajni’s very friendly and always smilling house maid. Ranji house is located in safety police area. We would highly recommend Rajni for everybody who want to feel in Delhi like in their own house .We would definitely choose to book this place again. • My stay in Delhi worked out nicely. Rajni's teen-aged children came with their driver to meet me at the airport- great after a 14 hour flight. Although Rajni and Shishih were out of town the children shared time and information with me. The delightful Greeta made great meals that were just spicy enough. It would be heaven to have her to spoil me in my own home.

One suggestion: India is chilly in February, since the houses are designed for the steamy India summers. Warm clothes are necessary indoors.

  • Rajni and Sirish were out of town, so tey could not be there to receive us. I was quite desapointed. If I knew it I would have concelled my reservation. It was my first stop of my first day of my first trip to India. I was willing to exchange, get some informations, have some answer to many questions about India, Delhi, and my following trip.
We were received by Geeta, the housemaid. She was very nice, making food for us. The accomodation was desapointing. The situation a bit far from the center with nothing around. The price asked by Jajni is too High. The value for money is not the best. For the same price you can get much better accomodation in Delhi.

  • If you havn’t been to India before the experience can be a bit overwhelming so to be able to retreat to Rajni apartment is fantastic. It’s an amazing art deco /Bauhaus building set in a beautiful treed compound. You can walk to the metro, which is fantastic way of getting around Delhi and to the Kahn market. Which it is quite middle class, but you might find it a relief after Chandni Chowk. Rajni and Shareesh were great hosts, they picked me up from the airport, we talked a lot and ate delicious vegatarian food that Saroosh made , her dahl was fantastic. Its really an experience of India that you would never get in a hotel, and a great base to see Delhi.

  • Rajni and Sharish collected us from the Airport at 2am despite there being a 3 hour delay on the Singapore - Delhi route from Australia. We were warmly welcomed and they both went out of their way to smooth our path to experiencing Delhi and India for the first time. We were comfortably accommodated in their home and provided with delicious food. A big thank you from us both.

  • Rajni and her husband were fantastic hosts! They went out of their way to help us in many ways - from booking us a train to Jaipur to lending us their shampoo and sharing their home-cooked meals with us. At the end of our stay, they helped us call a car to the train station and woke up at 5am to see us out and to help negotiate a flat rate from the driver!!

The room was comfortable and fairly quiet with a private bathroom. It was conveniently located within walking distance to India Gate and a metro station so getting to town was super easy.

If you're in Delhi, do not hesitate to stay with these folks!

  • Rajni was a perfect host. She helped us to get to our destinations and gave us very useful advice about rail travel.
This is an excellent location and we would thoroughly recommend it.

The hosts are helpful and attentive and provide good food. We really enjoyed their company and will return there next week.

  • Me and my boyfriend stayed at Rajni's place for 4 nights and enjoyed our stay a lot. The apartment is in a handy location not far from India Gate and other sights. The room was spacious and the bathroom clean. We also very much enjoyed eating home made Indian food.
