This former boutique hotel has been impeccably transformed into a private escape for gatherings and celebrations. A one-of-a-kind property offering 30 acres of breath-taking panoramic ocean views, a mini-farm, redwood forest, and private trails to a year-round creek. Share the 3,000 sq. ft mid-century modern lodge with 5 bedrooms, full kitchen, 3 saunas, 3 indoor jacuzzi hot tubs, 1 outdoor hot tub.

The space
The beautifully remodeled 3,000 sq. ft boutique hotel includes a newly renovated kitchen (January 2024 + 2025), renovated shared family room and dining room (January 2025), and 5 individual suites with California king beds, luxury linens, additional sleeping cots, and full bathrooms. All rooms include a wood-burning Santa Rosa Malm fireplace and ocean-view patio, while most include a dry sauna and jacuzzi hot tub. The lodge is surrounded by our ocean-view meadow where you can hear crashing waves, barking seals, and watch the Osprey and hawks fly overhead while warming by the outdoor firepit or grilling dinner. The stunning redwood forest is just steps away, including access to a private trail, private creek, and hike to an otherwise nearly-inaccessible beach. All rentals include visits to our on-site mini farm to pet the goats, chickens, pigs, and kittens.

Further amenities on site: Tesla Universal Charger (no additional cost), Starlink high-speed satellite WiFi throughout, living room entertainment complete with a drink/coffee bar, dining area, a dry sauna, gas heater, wood-burning fireplace, and a 60" TV complemented by a soundbar and Starlink high-speed WiFi. Washer/Dryer available for guest use.

The well-equipped kitchen offers additional ocean views, boasts an oven, range, microwave, dishwasher, and a full-size refrigerator, while an outdoor gas grill invites al fresco culinary adventures. We provide kitchenware for 16 guests.

5 suites: each with a private entrance and full bathroom, ocean views, kitchenettes, gas heaters, and classic Santa Rosa Malm fireplaces. Three rooms feature classic jetted Jacuzzi tubs and private dry saunas for added indulgence. Wake up to the melody of the ocean, seals barking in the distance, and the chance to spot passing whales and dolphins as you sip your morning coffee on the private porch. All rooms are equipped with new beds, fresh linens, strong Wi-Fi, and TVs with DVD players.

The farm animals (goats, chickens, pigs, kittens) are accessible for visiting during daylight hours. Petting the animals is subject to availability of the grounds manager and can be discussed during your visit.

*Events and weddings allowed only by prior separate consent and written agreement with owner. Please contact owner directly if interested.

*There are 5 outdoor security cameras on the property. All cameras are actively recording 24/7 both visually and audibly but are not monitored and are there for safety reasons.

*Space for additional cots, cribs, and air mattresses in each room.

*Hot tub and saunas are provided for your enjoyment, but come with assumed risks. You are responsible for supervising any children under the age of 14, no eating or drinking in the hot tub or saunas, and agree to use at your own risk. Do not use if you are under the influence of drugs or alcohol, pregnant, or hypertensive.

*We provide 2 full propane tanks to be used with gas grill and outdoor heater. If you anticipate needing more, additional propane may need to be brought up or you can refill the tanks in Gualala or Sea Ranch Supply.

*You're in the woods! Expect some tiny visitors like spiders and beetles, and the occasional mouse. They won't hurt you and we take every precaution to keep the house safe and clean. If you encounter wildlife indoors - please let us know so we can help remove them safely.

On 30 private acres you don't have many neighbors! The Fort Ross Store (general store, food, coffee, deli, and wine/alcohol) is at the bottom of the hill, 100 yards away (1 min walk). The Fort Ross Lodge is directly across Highway 1. Timber Cove Resort is 2 minutes away by car, and Stillwater Cove is 5 minutes by car.
