Nice size room with 2 single beds and facilities to make coffee or tea .
If you'd like to experience London as a local, look no further. My family and I live in a leafy residential area of London, away from the noise but also within easy reach to central London.
Our home is a semi detached 1930's built house which is quiet typical of this area of London. We have 3 rooms available to accommodate our guests. One of the rooms is a single, while the other two can accommodate up to 2 people. There is a dedicated guest bathroom which includes towels, shampoo and shower gel. We also provide all our guests with fresh linen and a hair dryer. All our rooms have tea and coffee making facilities. If at any time you feel anything else is missing, let me know and I am sure we could organise this. There is FREE wifi throughout the house. We are very flexible with check-in and check-out times, just let us know your requirements.
In terms of location, we are a short bus ride away from Ealing Broadway underground station (central line and district line) where a 20 minute train journey will take you into central London. Ealing Broadway hosts a number of restaurants and will cater to all your shopping needs. Our house is also 20 minutes by overground train from Paddington station. Heathrow is just 20 minute taxi ride away from us or from Ealing Broadway by train is also 20 minutes to Heathrow terminal 1 to 4.
If you'd like to remain local, there are many options close to our house! One of Fuller's finest pubs is about 20 minutes walking distance from us if you'd like to sit in the huge beer garden, have a sumptuous Sunday roast or just want to be part of history as this pub dates back to Georgian times. Pitshanger Village is also close by where you will find one of the best bakeries in West London as well as many delis, cafes and restaurants and pubs. The popular Pitshanger Park is also worth a visit for the wonderful views as well as a game or two of tennis. Other highlights include the River Brent, Gurnell Leisure Centre, Hanwell Clock tower in celebration of King George VI and The Spice of Hanwell restaurant.
We have done our best to try to answer as many questions as we could think of, however if there is anything more you'd like to ask please send me a message. We look forward to hearing from you and welcoming you to our home.
Thank you for reading :)
As this is our private home, we ask that NO outside guests are brought back to our house. No smoking in the house or cooking in the kitchen only use of the fridge to store your food.
Thank you for your understanding.
Jelena and Obren are extremely welcoming and very accommodating. Great location if working in west London, quiet neighborhood, comfortable rooms good facilities. All in all it feels like a home away from home.
The house is wonderful, clean and cozy. I had a big room with a big double bed with all conveniences like towels, blankets, kettle, tea\coffee\sugar\cookies and so on. It was very calm and my sleeping was great!
Thanks to my hospitable hosts. You are wonderful!
Although the house is quite far from central city, it was really good shelter to rest.
Thank you so much for hosting my friend. She loved your place. The house is beautiful, clean and bright. I would certainly have my friends stay at Jelena's in the future and recommend her place to any guest.
Jelena has always been so kind and helpful. The house is beautiful and clean. The room has a lot of space and a big bed. It is located in a safe area, quite far from the city Center.
The experience was incredibly pleasant. It's truly a place where you can rest and nobody will bother you. The house is beautiful, clean and bright. Even though the place is a bit far, there are good transport routes to central London. 100% recommended.
I spend one week in Jelena´s house and I really had a great time. Jelena and her husband are really hospitable! Jelena can help you with any information you need when visiting London! The house is very clean and the room was just like in the picture. The area is very green and quiet, and you can easily get to the centre London (10 min bus until Ealing Broadway tube where you can take a central line and in 20 min you are in Oxford circus and there´s also a district line). And the price is really reasonable!
