I'm offering up a master bedroom with a queen-sized Ikea Sultan bed with a futon-style mattress and two closets. I have a beautiful Sears kit home in the middle of Lyndhurst. It was one of the first houses on the block and was built by one of the founders of the city. It is five minutes away (by car) from Progressive Insurance, seven minutes from I-271, ten minutes from I-90 15 minutes from Little Italy and has easy street access to any of the the eastern suburbs.
I'm within three blocks of the Richmond mall, a supermarket, Mexican and Indian restaurants, banks, FedEx/Kinko's, a library, dry cleaners and a few salons.
There's a giant back yard, garage parking, a kitchen, a living room, a dining room, a library, a spacious basement and a laundry room. In the summer I have a two porches, a picnic area, several grills and a fire pit. If you have more than two people coming, there's an extra futon for more guests. Secure wireless internet, laundry, etc.
On weekends I often cook breakfast for everyone, and I make frequent trips to Amish Country on Saturdays. If you're around, you're welcome to join me!

While I am not a friend of Dorothy, I'm a friend of her friends. No discrimination.
On weekdays through June, one of my other rooms is rented to a consultant; he is very quiet and, when he is home, he is usually asleep. He is only in a few nights a week. Starting in July, I will have a full-time roommate in that room, but he will also almost never be home.
Oh, and seriously. Dogs welcome. I love them.
General house rules - clean up after yourself, no savage weeknight partying, lock the doors, etc. Other than that, I'm pretty flexible.
Andrew made my first airbnb experience worthwhile. I was stunned at his willingness to accommodate me, going above and beyond. He offered me food that he had cooked and gave me free reign to the groceries he had. Andrew was also a great conversationalist. I highly recommend Andrew as a host.
Andrew is an amazing host! Despite our last-minute booking, he warmly welcomed us and gave us tips on what to do for our only night in Cleveland. Hot coffee was waiting for us in the morning and we even got to enjoy it in his lovely backyard. Five stars all round!
Andrew was great! We got in late and left early. The space was clean and the shower extremely comfortable. Would rent again!
What a wonderful experience. I am new to Airbnb and Andrew is a fantastic ambassador for the program. His communication prior to my stay was timely and descriptive and accurate. Once I arrived he was an extremely gracious host. I enjoyed conversations with him. He is intelligent and compassionate and eclectic. I was in town for a 6 day conference which was exhausting for me and Andrew was considerate of my desire to "hole up" in my room and rest. The room was comfortable and cozy. If I go back to Cleveland, I will certainly request to stay here again.
The only disappointment I had here was that our stay was so short! Andrew took great care to welcome us and have the house easily navigated after he had to go out of town unexpectedly due to a family emergency. The house was very clean and well stocked not to mention full of a really warm and relaxing vibe. I loved this house and hope to find an excuse to visit again.
Andrew was the perfect host. Super great and the home is exactly as described. Room was cozy and shower/bathroom is right off the room. I appreciated all the (email hidden)e hospitality and the comfort level I felt. This was my first AirBnb experience and I stayed for 19 nights.......because my my positive experience, I am not BNB my way to Las Vegas for work versus hotels.....He has a lot of great reviews and that made me very comfortable ahead of time. His response time was stellar.
Andrew is a great guy....the house is very cool and the neighborhood is perfect....walking distance to store too if weather is good. Back to Andrew...super host. Intelligent and fun. He may make you breakfast so if you don't like that (you must be crazy). Lots of privacy in this shared room and everything was just perfect. Bed is IKEA and comfortable, but not the Ritz. I stayed for 19 days and just loved it all...I felt like I was home. First AirBnb experience....and it was excellent.

I do a lot of stuff, but my favorite things to do are read and write and travel and have adventures. On any given night I'm writing, running errands, swimming, sailing, break dancing, taking care of my vegetable garden, sailing, cooking, ballroom dancing (tango, salsa and swing), organizing parties, training, cooking or reading. I also like Amish stuff and dogs.
