I'm offering up a master bedroom with a queen-sized Ikea Sultan bed with a futon-style mattress and two closets. I have a beautiful Sears kit home in the middle of Lyndhurst. It was one of the first houses on the block and was built by one of the founders of the city. It is five minutes away (by car) from Progressive Insurance, seven minutes from I-271, ten minutes from I-90 15 minutes from Little Italy and has easy street access to any of the the eastern suburbs.
I'm within three blocks of the Richmond mall, a supermarket, Mexican and Indian restaurants, banks, FedEx/Kinko's, a library, dry cleaners and a few salons.
There's a giant back yard, garage parking, a kitchen, a living room, a dining room, a library, a spacious basement and a laundry room. In the summer I have a two porches, a picnic area, several grills and a fire pit. If you have more than two people coming, there's an extra futon for more guests. Secure wireless internet, laundry, etc.
On weekends I often cook breakfast for everyone, and I make frequent trips to Amish Country on Saturdays. If you're around, you're welcome to join me!

While I am not a friend of Dorothy, I'm a friend of her friends. No discrimination.
Oh, and seriously. Dogs welcome. I love them.
Great host! Everything was as advertised and communication about arrangements was very good. I was made to feel very welcome. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable room, good location and interesting host.
Great Place. Very nice and cozy. Great alternative to a hotel. Close to alot of cool things. Overall didnt have a problem
Andrew was wonderful and the accommodations were spot-on. Highly recommend.
Staying at Andrew's place was great and really felt like being at home! The room is nice and has a really comfy bed, and the rest of the house is spacious and colorful. The neighborhood is safe and only 20 minutes away from downtown Cleveland. However, the best thing of all for me was to have such a friendly and flexible host! When it got supercold, Andrew lent me some gloves that saved my hands from freezing, and he also helped me out with adaptors for the pc and directions to places I wanted to visit. I totally recommend staying here, you have your own space and you can share nice conversations and a meal with Andrew when he is around, he is a lot of fun and goes out of his way to help. Thank youi Andrew!
We had a two night stay and we're very much at home. The host was great and was there if we needed anything, he even cleaned off our car one morning after a night of snow. The pics are exactly what you get and it's worth every penny. It was close to Cleveland and the neighborhood was nice. Would stay again for sure....
We love staying at Andrew's place. We will be back in the future!
Andrew is a great guy, and it was amazing meeting him. The house is well located and quiet. The room was in great condition and the bed comfortable. This is a great deal for the price.
An amazing connection and airbnb experience in Cleveland. For the comfortable bed and, the conversation. Will certainly be back to see Cleveland and Andrew again.
Andrew's room was exactly as pictured. Overall a nice room/house with a friendly and helpful host. I would stay again/recommend it for others.
I stayed at Andrew's early in the Holiday season 2013, but have been offline. The house is charming, the bed and room are super comfortable and the grounds and neighborhood - safe and lovely. This was a perfect location to recover from my 4 day class in the suburbs as well as visiting a friend at a downtown hospital. Andrew is a well-rounded, fascinating and fun person to chat with - and full of excellent food/local suggestions upon request. He is sincerely committed to respecting the needs of his guests and making your stay comfortable. I would definitely stay again!
