The Tranquil Riverview Retreat is located just minutes from downtown Cedar Falls, but feels like you've truly gotten away. Enjoy sweeping riverfront views with space to enjoy both inside and out. Two large bedrooms featuring king beds and a third bedroom with a full over full bunk bed offer cozy accomodations for the whole crew. Large open concept kitchen flows into the rec space with shuffleboard and foosball. Twin live edge bars overlooking the family room with the river just beyond the patio

The space
A well appointed open floor plan gives room and activities for the whole family, with amenities to spare. Gameroom with shuffleboard, foosball, bean bags, and an arcade style entertainment system will provide plenty of entertainment for everyone. The game room is complimented with two live edge bar tops that overlook the living room area and the river beyond.

The living room has plenty of seating for everyone and with a grand view of the Cedar River just outside the double slide glass door. Enjoy a cozy fire place and 70" smart tv with all your favorite streaming services just a login away.

Step outside and enjoy over 400 sqft of patio overlooking the river. Grill out and enjoy a game of bean bags, oversized pong or jenga. Sit back and enjoy the panoramic views with a nice fire and quaint lighting to set the mood. A sunny afternoon nap in one of the hammocks is never a bad choice. Extra bag chairs are provided so you can enjoy the view from wherever you please.

A large kitchen and island will make meal prepping and entertainment a joy. Cookware, utensils and some basic seasonings are all at your disposal.

The master bedroom provides a king bed and smart tv along with a large full bathroom with closet area.

A second large bedroom provides river views from a king bed along with a smart tv as well.

The bunk room is equipped with a full over full bunk bed to round out the sleeping accommodations.

Guest access
Guests will enjoy full access to the house including the washer and dryer. Garage access will not be included unless special arrangements are made. Ample off street parking should more than accommodate all guests.
