Secure City Centre Parking always available but please note that it is a six minutes walk away at £5.00 per 24 hours per vehicle or Free Parking after 5pm around the corner till 8am every day.
Five minutes walk away is Nottingham Trent University, and the Hilton Hotel & the Victoria Centre Shopping Centre and a 24 hour Gym.
Please note that we have no elevator so there are just a few stairs to climb! - ideal for young travellers, friends, clubbers etc - but not ideal for families with younger children!

I had such a great time staying here. The location was amazing so handy being in the centre of town. I was met upon arrival by one of Steve's colleagues who was really helpful. They sorted out the car parking with no problem and my car was really secure.
The apartment itself is lovely, clean, warm and with all the facilities you should need. I thought it was a really nice touch to have tea and coffee already there. Thank you for a great stay in your apartment! I would highly recommend.
We enjoyed our stay for one week. Booking and confirmation and communication is fast without hassle. The place is convenient with a short walk to city centre. Facility is good.
Absolutely recommendable. The apartment offers quality with best value pricing. Clean, comfortable and well equipped it is an ideal accommodation particulary for a longer stay in Nottingham. It is located right in the city centre with all points of interest in walking distance. For excursions to the countryside (e.g. Newstead Abbey) buses starts right in front of Victoria Shopping Centre. Steven is very helpful and pleasent. He was immediately on the spot when we needed something.
Steve went out of his way to make sure that I was comfortable and happy with the accommodation (which I was). He was even cheerful about having to come to my rescue when I couldn't manage the security lock on the door. The apartment was warm,clean,nicely furnished and centrally located which was a bonus. Steve showed me to stores, restaurants and other useful services. He helped me with my mobile phone and advised me to get a weekly bus pass which was an excellent idea.A very positive experience.
When I booked the NG1 apartment, I was told I was upgraded to a two-bedroom apartment at Victoria Centre. I was delighted but only to find out that I need to pay for the upgrading just a few days before my arrival. After negotiation, the additional amount was quite acceptable. The two-bedroom apartment was nice, spacious, clean, fully equipped and most important, very conveniently located. The large screen tv was a big plus. But upon checking in I was made to sign several documents, which I think was completely unnecessary. Checking out was enforced at 10 am.

The 16 Apartments i rent out are in the best location in Nottingham City Centre, the Apartment would be all yours, "home from home" at the Intu Victoria Centre Shopping Mall - i have 10 Apartments by elevator above the Shopping Centre - no sharing with anybody, the Apartment is all yours. I have a further selection of larger Houses and Apartments out of the City Centre too. Free Wifi .
