We're adventurers at heart and encourage our guests to explore all that St. Augustine Beach has to offer all within less than a mile!! From world-class surf lessons and yoga/pilates to secret beaches and state park hikes, there are endless activities - both relaxing and immersive. Some of our favorites: Take or schedule a group class at Core Pilates, Rent a bicycle from Drifters, Spa Treatments at Panache, Surf Lessons, shopping at Rochelle's boutique, Grab the Mana Kea Acai bowl at Big Island Bowls, Pickup a charcuterie board from Tom’s on your way to a concert at the Amphitheatre. Zip line over gators or visit the Lemurs at the Alligator Farm, Climb the St. Augustine Lighthouse, Surf or Fish off the Pier, For breakfast, enjoy a Bacon Egg and Cheese on an everything bagel at Island Donuts. For the COLDEST beer on the beach, go to Sunset Grille. Order the House Salad and the Gypsy Chicken at Gypsy Cab. Get a Citrus Basil Martini at Blackfly and the TUNA! Guests cannot receive mail or packages to the property, please reach out and we can coordinate an alternate delivery address, if necessary.

There will be a $200 fee for any late checkout that is not approved.

No smoking in OR on the property. There will be a fine of $3,000 per violation of a house rule and immediate cancellation of reservation.

Primary renter must be present on all bookings. Minimum Age for primary renter is 25 years of age.

No pets.

No commercial vehicles, trailers, boats, etc. on properties per HOA & parking restrictions.

In the unlikely event that you notice any cleanliness issues upon check-in, please report them to us on the same day.
