Villa Arya is a newly built and very spacious property that offers a very luxurious 480sqm interior organized on 3 levels, located on a 1.700sqm plot with panoramic views of the Cetina river valley and unspoiled nature, offering absolute privacy. Villa is fully air conditioned and covered with free WiFi. It offers 6 Bedrooms so it can accommodate 12 people, 3 Kitchen and Living areas, 7 Bathrooms, a Gym, a Finnish sauna, a Media area, a Pool table (Billiard), a Swimming pool, Whirlpool, Basketball, Volleyball, a Children playground, Table tennis, Table soccer, Summer kitchen and several Lounge areas. There are 8 parking places, 4 secured on the private plot and 4 next to it. The parking lot and entrance are covered with a video-surveillance system.The car is recommended.

* The OUTDOOR offers: A private and heated swimming pool 11m x 5m with an attached shallow pool for kids 8m x 2.8m and 0.4m depth, both heated and with the no-Chlorine system. There is also a whirlpool for 6-8 people attached to the pool, both with synchronized water temperature for ultimate relaxation. A spacious sun deck area with 12 sun deck chairs, an outdoor shower, a fully equipped summer kitchen with barbecue and with TV, a covered dining area, a separate toilet, and a few lounge areas. A few steps down takes you to the children's playground with a wooden house, swings, and a slide. Next to it is a Basketball court and also a volleyball sand court. Please note that the pool water temperature, even with heating, can be affected by weather conditions and seasons. Therefore, specific pool temperatures cannot be guaranteed.
* The FIRST FLOOR is connected with an indoor and outdoor staircase and offers a 60sqm living area that is fully air-conditioned and equipped with all the needed amenities in the kitchen, a spacious dining area, and a living room with a f-screen TV and a balcony overviewing the valley and pool area, there is also a separate family bathroom with a shower. Bedroom No1 (17.5sqm) with king-size bed 180cm x 200cm, A/C, TV, en-suite bathroom (3.5sqm) with shower and a self-standing bathtub in the bedroom. Bedroom No2 (10.5sqm) with a queen size bed 160cm x 200cm, A/C, TV, and a family bathroom (3.7sqm) with a shower next door.

Luxury Villa Arya is located in Bajagić village, near Sinj town (10km from the villa) and this area is the heart of Dalmatia, and not only in the geographical sense. It is a historic town where brave locals also protected the coast from the Turkish invasions, located only 40 km inland from the famous town Split. It’s nestled in the River Cetina Valley and surrounded by three majestic mountains: Kamešnica, Svilaja, and Dinara offering nice hiking trails. The region of Sinj is rich and diverse, featuring magnificent views of the mountains, forests, and the Cetina river that you can see from the property. The nearest minimarket is located only 1km from the property, the pizzeria, and a bar also, the nearest restaurant is 1km away and the town Sinj is only 10km away (15 min drive). There is a nice location to visit on the "Peručko" lake where you can have a picnic, sunbathe, or even swim and that is the Potravlje location, just 16km from the property (or a 15min drive). There is an opportunity to try whitewater rafting or canoeing on the Cetina river (40min drive) There are two courses, the standard one (easier one suitable for kids from 8y) and the challenging one for those who are a bit adventurous, both last for about 3 hours and it is very much worth experiencing.
Activities in the Sinj area: Riding horses here offers you an insight into the heart of Croatia, exploring untouched areas of interesting old villages, and a variety of terrain. Besides horse riding, there is the chance to visit Sinj itself - a town with an interesting history which is well known for the game called Alka. This was originally a knights' game that has been around for over 280 years and is featured in the Sinj museum.
We recommend visiting the Sinj museum which is 10km from the property and it is very much worth visiting. It is so well-arranged, interactive, and innovative, that it makes you want to know about Alka even more.
If you wish to experience more adrenalin then try an amazing mountain quad safari. You can drive an ATV mountain tour through some amazing landscapes of Dalmatian inland and Kamešnica mountain, or you can take a river tour with a canoe that will provide lots of a great time, great landscape, and great life memories. If you prefer cycling, then you can come to cycle a River Cetina or some of the other beautiful biking trails, driving through places where you can witness some of nature's most beautiful landscapes.
Must-visit locations are for sure a famous town Split (40km, or 44min drive) with its great historical attractions like Diocletian Palace and old town, protected by UNESCO. You can have a nice tour of Krka waterfalls (1-hour drive) and on your way back visit the UNESCO town Trogir which is sometimes called a city museum because of its rich cultural heritage and intact authentic architecture. The nearest highway exit/entrance is Dugopolje 25km and the nearest airport is Split Airport SPU which is 50km far or less than an hour's drive.
