What an incredible experience! Every review about this place is right on! Hampus and Maggie are genuine hosts who truly want you to have the best experience. We arrived the night of the Oscars and Maggie invited us to watch them out in the living room and even made us a little tray of snack to enjoy! Hampus was very kind and friendly and made us feel so at home! They have tons of info on restaurant suggestions, public transit and things to do around Chicago. This was our first Air B n B experience and we couldn't have been happier! Thank you both for opening your home to us making our stay one to remember!
Excellent hosts and room! Catherine and I loved everything about this spot - the location, the ambiance, the ease of getting in and out. We'd stay with them again, for sure.
Hampus and Maggie are two very incredible people! They are so humble and down to earth and I would recommend anyone to their beautiful home! They have everything you could ever need and more! My girlfriend and I felt so at home being there and we would love to stay there again!
Everything was quite nice! Hampus and Maggie were very friendly and accommodating. Location and neighborhood were perfect for my visit.
Such a fantastic experience! Maggie and Hampus are excellent hosts. Their place is super cute and they have thought of all of the "little stuff" to make your stay comfortable. The area is wonderful too. We took a short walk (in a blizzard no less) to the "hub" of Wicker Park...and Maggie even made a hand-drawn
map. We will definitely be back!
Hampus and Maggie were extremely conscientious in every way. From getting back to us immediately to giving us amazing restaurant recommendations. The room was so quaint and cozy, the bed was so soft. Coffee and tea bagels and spreads in the morning were such a treat. Wicker park was the coolest neighborhood with amazing dining everywhere. Hampus and Maggie were the perfect combination of giving us space but also being helpful and friendly. We would highly recommend their suite to any of our friends. You will have an amazing time in Chicago! Shannon and Jonathon
Hampus and Maggie were great hosts. Chicago just had snow so Maggie met me when I arrived and shoveled a parking spot out front which was so nice! Parking is free on their block + they have a parking spot in the alley behind their place...very convenient. Their place is adorable and the room is very nice, comfortable, and stocked with anything you may need (water, coffee, guide books, etc.). The location is great...walking distance to the Blue line so it's easy to get downtown but also walking distance to restaurants, bars, and shops in Wicker Park. I would definitely stay here again.
