This home features 2 wings consisting of 2 Full kitchens, 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, and an incredible loft and balcony. this home can comfortably accommodate a total of 12 people.
The yard is perfect for entertaining- complete with (2) gas fireplaces, (2) Gas BBQ's & incredible view of the Gilbert Water Tower! Enjoy the fireplace and Pool outside as you gather around with friends and family. Parties or events are not allowed.
This is Down Town Gilberts newest addition to the market. This home was just constructed from the ground up.
Televisions-
There are Eight SMART televisions throughout the home including every bedroom. HULU, NETFLIX etc are accessible with your personal logon information.
Heating Pool Requires 2 days notice at an additional charge of 55.00 per day
Pets are allowed at 50.00 per animal , Over 50 lbs needs prior approval as well as multiple pet situations- Pet owners assume the responsibility for any and all damages. No Dogs allowed in the pool.
Other things to note
"This Waiver of Claims, Release of Liability, Assumption of Risk and Indemnity Agreement (the “Waiver”) is attached to and becomes a part of the Terms of Service for the property located at 92 N. Palm Street, Gilbert, AZ 85234 (the "Accommodations").
1. The Accommodations have a swimming pool that can be utilized at Guest’s own risk.
2. Guest and/or the Guest’s occupants or guests are required to adhere to the following rules regarding the Pool:
• No glass in the Pool area.
• No diving, running, or rough play.
• Minors 12 years and younger are not permitted in the Pool area at any time without
adult supervision.
• No pets of any kind are permitted in the Pool at any time.
• Pool gate must be left closed at all times and should never be left propped open.
• Call 911 in case of emergency.
3. The Host will not be held responsible for the injuries sustained by the Guest and/or the Guest’s occupants or guests when using the Pool, or surrounding Accommodations.
4. THE GUEST UNDERSTANDS THAT USE OF THE POOL INVOLVES RISK AND DANGERS WHICH INCLUDE, WITHOUT LIMITATION, THE POTENTIAL FOR SERIOUS BODILY INJURY, ILLNESS, LOSS OF LIFE, PERMANENT DISABILITY, PARALYSIS, LOSS OF OR DAMAGE TO EQUIPMENT AND PROPERTY, INHERENT DANGERS AND RISKS OF SWIMMING, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, DROWNING AND TRIPPING OR FALLING IN OR AROUND THE POOL, AND OTHER POTENTIAL RISK AND DANGERS WHICH MAY NOT BE FORESEEABLE OR ARE PRESENTLY UNKNOWN.
5. THE GUEST HEREBY RELEASES AND HOLDS THE HOST, INCLUDING ITS
DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES AND AGENTS AND REPRESENTATIVES (“RELEASED PARTIES”), HARMLESS FROM INJURY, ILLNESS, DISABILITY, DEATH, LOSS, OR DAMAGE TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ATTRIBUTABLE OR RELATING IN ANY MANNER TO GUEST’S USE OF THE POOL WHETHER CAUSED BY THE NEGLIGENCE OF THE RELEASED PARTIES OR OTHERWISE. GUEST AGREES TO INDEMNIFY, DEFEND AND HOLD THE RELEASED PARTIES HARMLESS FROM ANY AND ALL CLAIMS, DEMANDS, LIABILITIES OR ACTIONS BROUGHT BY OR ON BEHALF OF ANY OF GUEST’S OCCUPANTS OR GUESTS.
6. The Guest will not attempt to make any repairs or adjustments to the Pool equipment or to any of the electrical wiring for the Pool equipment. Guest will be responsible for the cost of repair of any equipment which is handled by Guest.
7. The Guest must immediately notify the Host of any repair that the Pool may require. The Guest is responsible for the full cost that may be due for repair and/or replacement of the Pool that is required as a result of negligence by the Guest or the Guest's occupants or guests. The Guest must operate the Pool in a safe, responsible manner. If Guest believes that the Pool is unsafe at any time for any reason, then Guest should not use the Pool or allow anyone else to use the Pool.
8. The Guest understands that the Pool is strictly an amenity and that the use of this amenity is not guaranteed under the Terms of Service. Any interruption or non-availability of the use of the Pool will not violate any terms of the Terms of Service.
10. This Waiver is fully effective and shall be effective and binding upon Guest, and Guest's heirs, next of kin, executors, administrators, and assigns, or anyone else authorized to act on Guest's behalf or on behalf of Guest's estate.
I HAVE READ THE ABOVE AGREEMENT IN ITS ENTIRETY AND FULLY UNDERSTAND AND AGREE TO ALL OF ITS TERMS AND CONDITIONS. I UNDERSTAND THAT I AM VOLUNTARILY GIVING UP SUBSTANTIAL LEGAL
RIGHTS, INCLUDING THE RIGHT TO SUE HOST."
