This unique condo is part of a historical Victorian home in the popular Marmalade District. You can't ask for a better location to explore Salt Lake City - walk to coffee shops, restaurants and bars, and see the Capitol building right from the front lawn! It's also within a 40-minute drive from several of Utah's world class ski resorts.

The space
This is a two-bedroom condo on the second floor. There is a queen bed in each room, along with a pullout sofa in the living room for a third bed. The condo includes a lovely library nook as well! Driveway parking for 2 spots are yours.

Guest access
In addition to the condo, guests have full access to the patio and backyard. Full access to the two car driveway as well.
