This beautiful home with a lush and ample outdoor space will provide you with all you need for your stay. This home offers privacy, comfort and all of the essentials needed for your stay. Enjoy cooking in the renovated kitchen and relax in any of the three bedrooms, living room or dining area. Easily hop on the MAX to jet downtown or bike/walk to any number of fun North/NE Portland hotspots around the area. We previously rented our studio ADU and are now Airbnbing the entire main house!

The space
Our space is a comfortable, clean, three bedroom home with a large fenced backyard. The master bedroom has a queen bed and the two upstairs bedrooms have a full and a twin in each. There is also a pack n play as well as books and toys available for little ones. The flatscreen TV with a Roku gives you access to Netflix, and the option to stream from your own accounts as well. We provide clean towels, bed linens, and shampoo for guests. The space also has central heat and A/C as well as a beautiful, modern kitchen with a large center island. Please note that any reviews before 11/25 are for the studio ADU, not the main house which is what we are currently renting.

Guest access
Street parking is easy right in front of the house. Guests are welcome to use the backyard deck with pergola or any other part of the yard.

Please be sure to let us know if there is anything we may have forgotten or if something comes up because we most likely aren’t aware of the issue and want to always ensued that everything is well maintained and taken care of for our guests.

Neighborhood highlights

Arbor Lodge neighborhood is a beautiful place to walk and bike in. We have a lovely park two blocks away (Arbor Lodge Park) and three other parks within a mile radius. New Seasons Market and the MAX yellow train line with direct access to downtown are eight blocks from us. The University of Portland and beautiful Willamette Boulevard are also very close (1.5 miles). There are a couple of good coffee shops close by on Rosa Parks, Killingsworth, and Greeley. There are a variety of fun shops and restaurants within walking/biking distance in the Kenton neighborhood, St. John's, and on Mississippi Avenue.

My husband Jerardo and I grew up in Oregon (Portland and Hood River). We’re both educators here in town. We love our neighborhood for its family friendly parks, easy walkability, and access to downtown. Living in Portland offers us lots of opportunities for hiking, biking, beach time, and skiing with our two active kiddos. They keep us all in check! :)
