Welcome to Perth!
This fully self-contained apartment is located within a 4 star resort and is suitable whether you are on holiday, a business trip or just taking a break.
The apartment comes equipped with a fully serviceable kitchen, laundry facilities, living/dining area, one large bedroom, one bathroom and a balcony with outdoor furniture. We have 2 TVs, with Foxtel channels included. If you're up for some exercise there are two gyms, two tennis courts and two swimming pools located within the village. Alternatively, Jacob's ladder and Kings Park are right next door.
There is a restaurant and deli located within the complex. Alternatively there is a restaurant and bottle shop located at the apartment building next door to the village. The area also offers:

Take the Ferry to South Perth and visit the Perth Zoo
Take the CAT bus to the Bell Tower which houses the bells from St Martin's in the Fields

10 minute walk to the Swan Brewery to watch the activity on the river while you enjoy something to eat or drink
20 minute drive to Fremantle, take the ferry to Rottnest Island
30 minute drive to the Swan Valley Wineries, or take a scenic river cruise

Public transport within 5 minute walk, Public transport within 10 minute walk, Bus service. The apartment hotel is located between Kings Park and the Swan River and is the perfect vantage point from where to base your stay in Perth.
For those who enjoy the walk, it is only ten minutes from the bustling CBD, or take a ride on the free CAT bus service from the Esplanade busport just down the road for a loop around the city and Northbridge.
A few of our House Rules…
Room key/swipe card
You will need the room key to get in to the Waldorf building and to access the 3rd floor in the lift, and you will need the room key to go down to the basement etc. The room key is also used to power the apartment via the receiver on the wall by the apartment door.
We will need your address to post you the key card in advance of your stay so that you are free to get in as soon as you arrive. If that is not convenient to you, then we can make other arrangements to provide you with the room key, just let us know.
Keyless door lock
We will have emailed you the 6-digit code for the door prior to your stay. We use a different code for each guest to the apartment.
The process for using the pin pad to gain entry is as follows:
1. Press the silver bar just below the pin pad. The pin pad will then light up.
2. Two numbers will be highlighted, press these two numbers.
3. Enter your 6-digit code, followed by the star * key, and the door will unlock.
Wifi Internet and phone usage
The name for the internet wifi is ‘Toblerone’, and the password for the wifi is ‘Skyline302’.
The internet is provided so you may access the web and your emails etc. during your stay. Please do not use the internet for excessive download usage. Any excess usage on the plan incurs extra costs above the monthly plan allotment and will be passed on to you and taken out of the security deposit. Excess usage consists of more than 1GB download/upload per day, and is charged at $3 per GB.
The phone is made available to you for local calls only. There is no fee for the cost of local calls. Calls made to mobiles or long distance will be charged to you.
There is spare linen for the queen bed in the bedroom. There is linen for the sofa bed in the cupboard in the living room. If you decide to wash the linen during your stay, please make sure you wash the linen separately to your other washing as the colours may run.
Please remove rubbish from the apartment on a regular basis, and on leaving the premises. The garbage bins are located in the basement car park - take the lift down to the basement, head out the doors, and the garbage bins are directly on the left. There are separate bins for general waste and paper, cardboard etc. Take the room key with you as you will need it to open the doors to get back in to the lift lobby.
There is limited street parking available – please read the signs.
We also have a Visitor Parking Permit which allows you to park in the central roadway strip of Mounts Bay Village as long as there is a vacant bay available. There is a $20 replacement charge for lost permits, or if it is not returned at the end of your stay.
Pool and Pool Towels
The code for the pool is C2913. Please abide by the Mounts Bay Village rules for use of the pools.
There is a set of 4 blue towels that can be used for taking to the pool. Please do not take the bathroom towels to the pool as this will damage them. If you decide to wash the blue towels during your stay, make sure you wash the towels separately to your other washing as the colours may run.
If you wish to use the tennis courts please see reception as you will need to book in advance. Equipment is available for hire.
There are two gyms at the Village, open from 6am to 9pm. There is one gym in the Waldorf building, just behind the reception desk – you will need your room key to enter. The other gym is at the opposite end of Mounts Bay Village, and the key needs to be collected from the reception desk.
There is a $25 replacement charge if the room key is lost or stolen.
Check-in time is 2.00pm, however it is a good idea to let us know what time you plan on arriving, that way we can make sure to be near our phones in case you need to contact us for any reason.
Check-out time is strictly 10.00am, as we need time to clean the apartment between guests and we book the cleaners between 10.00am and 2.00pm.
If you are arriving earlier than 2.00pm or leaving later than 10.00am and need somewhere to store your luggage for a few hours, please let us know as we can provide you with the key to our storeroom in the basement and you may leave your luggage there for your convenience.
It is expected that the apartment be left neat and tidy, and all dishes washed and put away, as the cleaner is not employed to do this service.
On departure, please leave the room key inside the apartment and close the door behind you. The building is an apartment/hotel and as such you need to slot the key into the receiver by the front door in order for the power to work inside the apartment. When you finish your stay, we would appreciate it if you could leave the key on the kitchen bench top rather than in the receiver so as not to waste power. Thank you!

My stay was great with everything very close & convenient-
CBD, walking/ running tracks, gym & Jacob's (real) heavenly ladder..!! The superfast internet made my video calls a breeze. A nice clean, functional and comfortable place, it is better than it looks in the pictures with even better hospitality from the hosts. Would love to come back.
The apartment looks exactly like the pictures shown. It is fully equipped with all you need for cooking, including cooking oil and salt! Which makes it really handy so we can make our own breakfast during the stay.
Location is great, 10 mins walk to Murray street for shoppings.
Jacob Ladder to Kings Park is just right next door.
Parking is free but had problem finding a spot when we arrived late in the evening.
Belinda is fast wrt response to any enquiry.
The place was clean and in a great location, good for exploring Perth! Belinda had organised the swipe card to be sent to my apartment so access was easy. Really enjoyed my stay would recommend it to anyone!
Belinda's apartment was great. Very roomy and well appointed. The city is really close, Kings Park next door and the Esplanade train station within walking distance too. Managed to get a parking spot too every day. Thoroughly recommend.
What a great apartment and location!!! I normally stay in hotels but to have a comfortable bed, a place where I could cook, train at the gym, not worry about parking and be a stones throw away from the CBD was amazing.

The apartment was as described - clean and tidy in a very covenient location. There was a helpful list of House Rules and Belinda was very approachable and responsive. As mentioned, carpark spacing is on a first come first serve basis therefore street parking was sometimes necessary on Mounts Bay Road. We were appreciative of the baby equipment provided and the ample towels and bedding available. A very pleasant, hassle-free stay.
As a travel writer, I am used to reviewing resorts and hotels with loads of staff and operational processes to make sure your trip goes smoothly. Airbnb is new to me. The apartment exceeded our expectations for cleanliness, facilities, warmth of hosts and service. I even had mail sent to me while there, and it was safely received.
The apartment is small but has a well-equipped kitchen. So well equipped, we ate in every night. The bed is comfortable and bathroom spacious. The apartment is super clean, and well located on the third floor with nice view of the tennis court.
My concerns with apartment living were relieved - it was quiet (away from the road), with no noisy neighbours. In fact this particular apartment is fabulous, as there are no neighbours either side.
The location is perfect, a short walk to the city. We had a car and the car-parking was a bonus.
It had every thing we could wish for. We will definitely stay again if they will have us.

My husband Neil and I have been married for 3 years and we have a beautiful little daughter called Zoe. Neil is originally from South Africa and is currently working in the solar industry, he is very passionate at what he does, which is helping people to utilise clean energy.
I have always lived in Perth, I love this city, especially the weather in Summer. I lived in the apartment for 7 years while I was working in the city, and I thoroughly enjoyed every minute of it. The apartment is in a very convenient location, and is surprisingly quiet! It is hard to believe you are living in the middle of the city.
