Located on Church Street directly between Noe Valley and the Mission and just around the corner from 24th Street, your room in this fully renovated Edwardian condo has it all: views, location, access and great space!
This home was originally built in 1908 and fully renovated a few years ago. It has fantastic views of downtown San Francisco, Potrero Hill, Berkeley and the bay.
With a 98 walkability score, almost anything is nearby. There are dozens of restaurants, boutiques, bars and parks at hand. The J-Church MUNI line is less than 2 minutes' walk away, and BART (24th Street station) is 5 minutes' walk.
There are hardwood floors throughout the home and modern appliances including high-speed wifi. There is plenty of street parking if you have a car. Your bedroom has a queen bed, flat screen television and bay windows.
You can enjoy the other parts of our home as well. The living room, dining room and kitchen are on a generous open-floor plan that opens onto a sunny terrace with amazing views. The terrace is a perfect spot for morning coffee or an evening glass of wine, overlooking gardens, the bay, many hills and neighborhoods... and even the Transamerica building.
We have lived in San Francisco for ages (one of us is a SF native) and, though we've lived and traveled around the world -- 82 countries and counting -- we love this city more than anywhere else. We have many recommendations for things to do, lesser-known places to visit and other fun SF secrets which we would be delighted to share with you.
The heart of Noe Valley, the Mission and the best of San Francisco at your doorstep -- welcome!
For those seeking a more authentic, local SF experience during their travels; look no further than this beautiful home in the Noe Valley!@! Lovely accommodations + absolutely, dreamy bed with extra snuggly pillows. Modern + cozy home decorated with whimsical personal touches throughout. Stay here for the amazing views of the sunrise + twinkling lights of the city at night. Great location for exploring the Noe Valley, Castro, Mission + Dolores Park. There are several options just down the street for public transportation which made it very convenient to go downtown to Union Square or visit other areas of the city without having to rent a vehicle. Only a short distance or few blocks from several cute shops such as WinkSF. Lots of tasty treats to try nearby ~ few of my faves + tips for my fellow foodies: *Saru Sushi Bar ~ Spicy Cracker: Tempura Battered Seaweed Topped w/ Spicy Tuna, Avocado + Tasting Spoons: Halibut Tartare w/ Grated Lime, Yuzu Juice, Japanese Sea Salt, Salted Kelp + Scallop w/ Cucumber Sauce, Yuzu, Wasabi* | *Bacco Ristorante ~ *Rigatoni + La Crostata Di Limoni* | Don't forget about the Noe Valley Saturday Farmer's Market + must not miss visit to *Le Dix-Sept Patisserie | Chocolaterie ~ Trois Amis Mini-Tarts: Cafe', Coco + Hazelnut* | Other Local Finds: b.street waffles, Firefly, Griddle Fresh + Lovejoy's Tea Room | Sadly did not have the chance to meet April, Jerry or the friendly neighborhood squirrels this visit, but perhaps during my next trip to SF. Definitely would love the opportunity to stay here again in the future.
Really gorgeous home. I stayed at April and Jerry's place for a week while starting a new job in the bay area.
Having such a cozy home to return to after exploring the city was a treat. Highly recommend it and would definitely stay again!
We were looking for an accommodation in San Francisco to finish our trip to California and had the pleasure of being welcomed in April and Jerry's home in the friendly neighborhood of Noe Valley for our last night.
We were greeted warmly and from the very first email. When we arrived, we had the pleasure of getting to know Jerry, (April's fiance) a very friendly host.
They are attentive and caring hosts who shared their apartment with pleasure and good places to explore nearby.
The apartment is very well located and tastefully decorated. The room dedicated to guests is very nice.
We regret not being able to spend more time ;-)
We highly recommend this place to stay!

We had a nice stay at April and Jerry's Home. The location is great - short walk to Noe restaurants, 6 blocks or so to Mission restaurants, Dolores Park right down the street. One block to the J Muni stop. The home is clean, modern, lots of light, with super comfy foam mattress. Nice eastern views from the deck. Home is on the J muni line, but Muni/traffic noise is reduced by modern windows. April was super responsive to our e-mails. We love the home and location - we'll be back!
April and Jerry were amazing hosts. They are very friendly and super interesting persons! Big plus that they allowed me to borrow their bike. Their balcony is a great place to relax after a day of work or exploring the city. The room and rest of the house are very clean and I felt very comfortable during the whole stay.
April and Jerry were amazing hosts, and their place was beautiful. I immediately felt like I was staying with old friends (only they were cooler and more interesting than a lot of my friends). It was my frist airbnb experience, and they set a very high bar for future stays.
April and Jerry were great hosts! They trusted us with their home completely and we really appreciated that! The squirell food was a great personal touch. I would recommend staying there.
I didn't have the chance to meet April, since she was gone, but her husband Jerry was an excellent host.
As you can see in the pictures, the house is very tastefully furnished, super clean and you have a great view on the city and the East Bay.
I wish I had booked it for longer right away...
