This one bedroom apartment is centrally located in downtown San Antonio in the King William Historic District. A short walk to the San Antonio River (2 blocks) and the Alamo [1 mile)! A wide variety of excellent restaurants within walking distance. The apartment is located on the second floor of an old home with 14 foot ceilings and hard wood floors. It has been recently renovated with many updates to include a new bathroom with shower and new full kitchen with gas stove, microwave, dish washer and fridge. The bedroom has a queen size bed and the living room has a futon couch which makes into a full size bed. Also included is a Smart TV with full cable and free wireless internet. The apartment also has access to a deck with views of downtown San Antonio including Hemisphere Tower. Parking in private lot for one vehicle. Downtown trolley stops within one block of our location.
Julie's apartment is fantastic. Wonderfully situated near downtown, it has some quality Mexican food (namely Tito's). I was really happy with the place. I did have the pleasure of meeting Julie. She was so kind and accommodating. All in All, I really give this place high marks. I would stay here any time! Thanks for having me.
Julie and her husband John were fantastic hosts! They were very kind and had heaps of suggestions for exploring not only San Antonio, but also other cities we are going to visit on our trip. The check-in/check-out process was quick and easy, with Julie there to meet us when we arrived. The apartment was equally as great. Spacious, comfortable, and in an excellent location - just a short walk to get on to the famous Riverwalk, and just steps away from some great restaurants. We highly recommend this place!
Fantastic Location and Comfortable Accommodations!
Thoroughly enjoyed our pre-Christmas stay at Julie's Apartment. We were able to walk everywhere with ease, including to the Riverwalk, Blue Star, and too many restaurants, pubs, bars, and attractions to name.
Overall, our favorite place to stay in San Antonio from now on, bar none.
Thanks for your hospitality, Julie!

Gorgeous apartment in downtown San Antonio. Julie is a great host! I'll definitely stay here again.
Once again, I had a wonderful stay at Julie's place. Comfortable, clean, accessible to all the cool San Antonio stuff. My favorite art gallery is right down the street, and the pie at the Mad Hatter's was terrific. My husband I enjoyed being able to spread out during our stay, and though it was cold outside, we had plenty of room inside to relax without being on top of each other all the time. Thanks, Julie!
Clean and beautiful apartment in a great location.
The apartment is great, is larger than shown in the photographs. Thanks to the location we knew how nice it is San Antonio. Thank you very much to Julie and her husband for their hospitality.
El apartamento es espectacular, es mas grande de lo que se aprecia en las fotografias. Gracias a la ubicacion conocimos lo lindo que es San Antonio. Gracias a Julie y a su esposo por su hospitalidad.
We truly enjoyed the King William neighborhood in San Antonio. Julie's place is situated perfectly among many great places to have a meal out. Our stay was business related and it was very simple to get from the apartment to the conference hotel (22 min walk to Riverwalk). Another great plus was that Julie's place is neatly sandwiched between to San Antonio Bike Sharing stations!
My husband and I had a wonderful stay at Julie's apartment. The apartment was spacious, which is quite an improvement over hotels in the same price range. The second story setting was lovely. Looking out into the tree leaves gave an airy feel. We appreciated Julie's introductory talk so we understood the workings of the place. The location was perfect for us. We live in the country, eight miles from town. What a luxury it was to walk to restaurants! Julie recommended the Liberty Bar, and we ate there four times. We were also able to walk easily to the River Walk, Tower of the Americas, and the Alamo. In fact we did not use our rental car for 2 1/2 days, When Julie learned we were going to the Spurs basketball game, she invited us to ride with her and her husband. They also asked us to accompany them to dinner. Fun! Julie and John were gracious hosts. We loved San Antonio and our stay in the King William Historic District. We would definitely stay there again.
We had a wonderful time in the apartment. We enjoyed long walks up and down the river walk (beyond the commercial district was where we had the best time) and throughout the neighbourhood. John's restaurant and activity recommendations made a great impact on our stay. The apartment is spacious, comfortable, and had everything we could have wanted. El Mirador, Tito's, and The Friendly Spot were our neighbourhood favourites. The Art Museum was also a treat (and recommended by John). If we find ourselves in San Antonio again, we'll be trying our best to stay here.
