  • The house was beautiful and spacious plus located in a very nice neighbourhood with lots of great restaurants. Roberto was super friendly and helpful. Next time I go to Rome I'm coming back!

  • We had a great stay in Robertos apartment and he was a wonderful host. He helped arrange transfer to and from the airport at a very good price. He also took the time to meet us at the apartment and give us great advice on where to go and where to eat. (Our favourite place was Ragno D'Oro just a few minutes walk from the house).
We were eight people staying in Robertos apartment, and everyone agreed that is was a great location and a great place, and we really appreciated the two bathrooms :-)
Thank you for having us, Roberto. Hope to come back some time!

  • It's hard to find a house with three bedrooms in central Rome. This flat was spacious, with a big long corridor perfect for kids to run down. There is a lot of privacy in each room and the kitchen is great, and functional. Laundry machine was a big help during our weeklong stay. The location in Prati was great--very close to the Vatican, but tucked away in a quiet residential area. That said, if you want to be right in the historical center (Piazza Navona, Pantheon, etc.), this flat is about 20-30 minutes away on foot. The flat is very close to the Lepanto Metro stop, which we took to the Colosseum. More than the actual apartment I'd like to rave about how great the host was. Roberto was super helpful and responsive by text; he helped us make reservations almost every night, and when my mother had to leave early, he helped us book a cab at almost midnight, for 4:30 AM. The kitchen is stocked with Nespresso pods, salt, sugar, etc. I would absolutely return to this apartment.

  • The goal of our trip was to have our 87 year old mother visit the Vatican. We could not have chosen a more perfect place to stay! Roberto was very kind and helpful. He arranged for a car to pick us up at the airport. He also arranged for us to rent a wheelchair for my mom. He even walked with me to pick it up! It was an easy walk to the Vatican and to the Metro from the apartment . Roberto also gave us great suggestions for dining and sightseeing. The apartment was spacious, modern and very clean. There were four of us staying there and we each had our own room. We definitely recommend Giulietta House!

  • This flat is incredible. The pictures are beautiful, and it's even better in person. It felt like were staying in a penthouse. Very updated, immaculately clean, vaulted ceilings, very tight security features, large rooms, fast internet and great bathrooms. Comfortable beds, espresso machine with more than enough coffee and tea, more than enough towels and linens. The location is perfect. It's less than a ten minute walk to the Vatican, about a five minute walk to the metro and a five minute walk to the main strip for shopping. Roberto instructed us to get the very affordable Roma Pass which was worth its weight in gold. That made our trip incredibly efficient. There are stops just about everywhere you want to go, the trains come every 3 mins or so, and they're very fast. Plus you get entry into two historical sites, which allow you to skip the line as well, all for 34 euro. Sadly, we were clueless about even that until Roberto suggested it.

As a host, Roberto was amazing. Before the trip, he helped us every step of the way, answering all my questions and providing suggestions on his own. He set up a car to pick us up from the airport at a fair price which was great. He gave us a thorough tour of the flat and then sat with us with a map of the city and outlined every place worth seeing, restaurant suggestions and even directions to each place. We went to Rome with no real itinerary (which was a bad idea), but were saved by Roberto's recommendations and information. He set us up with a car from the airport, made a reservation for us with a Vatican tour guide (who was incredible), offered to make restaurant reservations for us and continued to check in along the way during our stay. One of the pizza places he suggested, we went to twice it was so good and affordable and friendly.

I can't say enough about this place or Roberto as a host. We will definitely be staying again and telling all our family and friends to do the same.

  • This apartment is fantastic. We are just back from a four day break in Rome and this apartment was one of the highlights. Spacious, clean, great WiFi -we were 2 adults and 2 teenagers so that is important. Ok, maybe it was a little big for just 4 but then again the boys got to have their own room so that was a bonus. Espresso machine and capsules for morning coffee.... I have been places where the machine is there but no capsules. We ate out quite a lot. A very good restaurant about 10 minutes away - not sure if we can mention restaurants here on the review. It might have been little expensive, then again 2 rooms in a 4 star hotel would have cost us the same... Roberto was there to meet us and show us where things were on the map. Would I stay here again? Definitely. Highly recommended. Little shop just down the street too to pick up provisions. I must reiterate again the cleanliness of the place. We stayed someplace in Oslo at Halloween and.... well, will leave it to your imaginations.

  • This place was wonderful! My friends and family always end up hanging out in the kitchen and this kitchen was big enough for that. The rooms nice, the place was clean and the bathroom are big. It is very spacious. I would definitely stay here again. The check in was easy and quick. So was the check out. Thanks Roberto!
