In the heart of Brera district, we rent for short periods , a small studio designed and furnished like a small boat in the centre of the town. In the apartment you can find a French bed , a small kitchen and a bathroom with a shower. The kitchen is fully equipped and in the apartment there are Air conditiong and tv. Despite the central position of the house, it is very silent and very quiet, a small jewel in the heart of Milan, which offers the possibility of spending time in an alternative location, such a little boat, where you can have wifi internet connection. Via Montenapoleone, one of the most famous avenues of Milan, worldwide know for fashion and shopping, is not far from the apartment.
The house very well connected with the metro, and you can reach Duomo in more or less ten minutes.
Perfect state of the apartment.

I'm starting the 3rd week at Silvia's studio, and I'm beyond happy! The place is amazing, in a great area, and Silvia and her mom are wonderful. Super communicative, they promptly respond to any enquiry or issue, and solve it really quick! Perfect apartment and perfect host!
Silvia's apartment is great!! I've stayed for a week and decided to book for another 3 weeks! She's a very responsive and communicative host, very careful to her guests' needs.
The studio is small and cozy, and has everything one might need. Location is simply great, in the nicest area of Milan. If you decide to come to Milan, Silvia is defintely the person to contact!!
Silvia was great! Although I made a late booking she replied and arranged for me to have the place in time, she is good at responding back to questions and requests. I didn't meet her sadly, but her mother was there to give me the keys and show me around when I arrived.
The neighbourhood is great. the cobbled streets surrounding the area were beautiful specially at night. Plenty of good restaurants to choose from within 5 minutes walking distance. There is a supermarket close by if you need something. Lanza Metro station is 5 minutes walk away and Cadorna (Castello) 10 minutes walk.
The flat was cosy and did the job.
silvia is a great host! the apartment is great and clean and in a fantastic area in milan. highly recommend!
i felt like i was in my own cosy boat. the studio has an eclectic, efficient set up that is really charming and the location couldn't be better in milan. one walks down a narrow cobbled street, through a tiny ancient door and enters this little haven.
Sylvia and her lovely Mum were brilliantly accommodating with my very late notice / chaotic arrival in Milan. I contacted Silvia through airbnb and she responded within a few minutes confirming my reservation and check in for that same afternoon. On arrival, Silvia's Mum welcomed me into the appartment which was spotlessly clean and very comfortable, with a large bowl of deliciously
fresh cherries and Italian chocolates laid out on the table. The WiFi connection was excellent, shower was very powerful, flat in a beautiful area of town, close to the metro making the whole of Milan easily accessible. If you need a small place of your own to crash in whilst staying in Milan then you can't go wrong with this apartment!
