It’s a bright, lovely bedroom with a very comfortable double bed, and has a view to the garden at the rear.
The bathroom on the ground floor, will have a hot shower available all the time and clean towels provided, depending on the length of stay they will be changed in a weekly basis.
And, it does get cold in Oxford in the winter, therefore you will be happy to know we have central heating.
You will have free Internet, great wifi connection.
With your own key you have 24 hour access to the house with no problems arriving late after having a night out in the city.
Use of washer dryer is available for free if you are staying for more than 4 days.
There is a car PARKING restriction between 8am-6pm in our street and you require a parking permit which we can provide for £4 cash.
Interaction with Guests
Isabel will welcome you to our home with a tea or coffee and be present during your stay should you need any help.

Is situated on Cowley Rd near the Plain, which is 1 of the most vibrant streets in Oxford with many bars, restaurants and shops located just 2-3 minutes away.
You really do not need a car.
The city center to our house is 17 minutes walking distance.
If you driving there is a car PARKING restrictions in our street and you require a parking permit which we can provide for £5.
The closer car park is in St Clements, (10 minutes walking distance).
Buses from London,airports Heathrow, Gatwick or Luton STOP in St Clements, which we are in very short walking distance.
From the train station you get bus n 5. then off in Cowley rd.
Other Things to Note
Breakfast is not provided, but you can help yourself coffee or tea and to use the microwave and the fridge or walk around the corner to many of the great coffee shops.

Smoking is not allowed in the house but the use of the garden for smoking is acceptable.
I will clean up after you go. That said, basic hygiene and tidiness are much appreciated.
You can not do in the Room:
-. No drinking, eating or storing food in the bedroom.
If you lose or break the keys you will be charged £20 of the new keys ..

Isabelle and Mark were welcoming hosts into their nice home. The room was great and exactly what we wanted especially the little chocolates left on our towels! Would highly recommend it for a stopover in Oxford.
This was a great place to stay. Fantastic location, very clean and comfortable. Isabel and Mark were extremely friendly and made me feel at home. I would definitely stay here again.
My two weeks stay at Isabel and Mark's was perfect! they are really nice and easygoing people make you feel at home and also respect privacy. The house is lovely and clean and well situated. The neighbourhood is great, with many restaurants and cafes. I would definitely come again

My partner Isabel and I started using AirBnb November 2012 for a trip to San Francisco.
We thought it was a brilliant idea, so we are renting out this bedroom ever since!!!

Isabel is Portuguese, from Peniche a small city on the coast, fishing town, 1 hour from Lisbon .She living in Caldas da Rainha for 5 years and 10 years in Lisbon. In 2005 moved to Oxford .
Mark is from Australia originally but been living in Oxford for the last 16 years.
He did an MBA at the University of Oxford and is also involved with many aspects of (website hidden) and the local community.
