Light and airy, open plan Gite within the grounds of the main house, 2 acres of enclosed garden and a shared driveway. Full of rustic charm yet with modern appliances and utilities, including large walk-in shower with toiletries and gated parking.

Surrounded by agricultural countryside with rolling fields of sweetcorn, wheat and sunflower fields when in season.

40 minute drive to Bergerac & 1 hour to Bordeaux

Guests are welcome to use the 12m pool which is in the grounds of the main house.

The space
The accommodation is open plan and provides one double bed, modern shower room, a small kitchen and sitting area with an outdoor private patio and fully furnished BBQ area. There is a shared driveway between the gite and owners property and plenty of parking. Ideal for cyclists and walkers or couples with a small dog looking for peace and tranquillity but in close driving proximity to historic bastilles and chateaux.

Guest access
Guests will have their own entrance to the Gite as well as access to the gardens and swimming pool which is shared with the owner. Opening times for the pool are from 8am to 6 pm each day however, this can be flexible on request. On-site parking is also available. A shared driveway runs between both houses. Although the gite is opposite the main house a small patio behind gives a private space to relax and bbq. Outside loungers and chairs allow outdoor living.
