Great hosts, all went smoothly and had a great time! Apartment is located very conveniently close to train station, and within walking distance of almost everything you may want to see in Rome. Their house is beautiful and very cozy.
Irma's place is very comfortable, and great proximity to the Termini station. The room gets a nice breeze through the window which helps with the Rome heat. The large courtyard garden is an awesome place to relax after a day of sightseeing. Irma was very helpful in recommending sights to see, public transport, best way to purchase tickets etc. Breakfast is simple, but her homemade jams are a winner.
Irma's home is charming and very convenient to the train station. There are a lot of stairs up to the apartment but that wasn't a problem for us. Taking lightweight luggage is a good idea. The room was very sweet and quite clean. Irma and her husband are wonderful hosts. We really enjoyed meeting them.
Gracias a ambos
The location is good. Just beside the Roma termini station, less than ten minutes walking. It is easy to find the place with the detailed information provided by Irma. There are also several buses running downstairs, taking you to colosseum and city center.
Irma was very kind. She gave us free Italian style food and water on our arrival. She also gave us advices about Roma. The breakfast was good. The room is on the top floor so you have to carry your luggage all the way up there. It's a little hot in the room, but it's getting cooler during the night.
Anyway it's a nice apartment and would recommend to stay.
