Located in the flat area of Dubrovnik’s Old Town, our apartment offers rare, stairs-free access leading to the house—an exceptional convenience in this historic city. Fully air-conditioned and featuring soundproof windows, it ensures a quiet and restful stay. Just steps from Stradun, the apartment blends handmade furniture with modern comforts. It’s the perfect base to relax after exploring the city’s historic streets and landmarks.
The space
Extra spacious, lovely, light and comfy Diana apartment with 50 m2 and hand made furniture. Apartment have 2 separate rooms: 1 bedroom which contains working space with internet access, and dining room with lounge,kitchen and bathroom.
Among other amenities there are fast and reliable free wifi, internet TV, air conditioning system and safe.
Even you are here on working vacation you will have a place with large desk and office chair.
Kitchen is equipped with with 2 hotplates, fridge with freezer, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, microwave, dishwasher and all other amenities you might need during your stay.
Situated in the heart of the Old town (FLAT AREA), inside the City Walls on the 2nd floor of the private house, almost a 400 years old, a few steps away from Stradun, main street in Dubrovnik were all happenings take place.
Within a walking distance you will find everything you need for pleasant stay. All historical attractions are few minutes away (entrance to City Walls, Rector's Palace, Sponza and numerous churches..)
Famous city beach Banje is only 8 minutes away.
Close to the house you can find all kind of restaurants, pizza places, coffee shops, souvenir shops, fast foods, grocery shops. In surrounding streets there are no bars or pubs. Only with windows open some sounds can be expected from people in the streets and restaurants terraces, delivery or cleaning services. There is no loud music during the night.
Old city harbor is very near, from which you can go and visit Lokrum, a small island, where you can swim and walk and enjoy nature just with 10 minutes boat ride away from the Old town.
If you like to visit other parts of Dubrovnik, you just need to go to Pile gate which is 3 minutes away from house, where you will find local bus stop and taxi station.
The beds in the apartment can be arranged as double beds as well.
