Custom woodworking from the host, blended with multiple upgraded amenities (Saatva mattresses, coffee bar, fully stocked baths) bring comfort to your stay. This nonsmoking, pet-free home will accommodate up to 8.

The space
This newly renovated farmhouse is conveniently located near Peoria, Dunlap and major interstate access. Nestled on a working farm, the surroundings are peaceful and invites a return to simpler times. The entire property is updated with upscale amenities, including Levoit HEPA air purification.

Guest access
First and second floors are fully livable spaces. The basement and rear door are locked out for host access only. The outbuildings on the property are not for use by guests, and we ask that you keep your stay to the yard immediately surrounding the home

Other things to note
We ask there be no smoking on premises and no pets. While we invite guests to fully enjoy the property, we ask that no other guests be invited without prior approval.
