Sit back and relax at this peaceful and quiet house in Riverside, CA. House offers ample street parking and is within walking distance of Ross, Dollar Tree stores, and some great restaurants. Colleges nearby include UCR, RCC, and CBU. Has convenient access to some major highways (91, 215, 60). Street sweeping: 1st and 3rd Fri of each month. CCTV Camera in the living room/kitchen area and it will be on during your stay. The use of kitchen and living room is not included in this listing.
