Interaction with guests
I am at your entire disposal for any help/advise you can need during your stay. You can reach me by phone or email.
Le Marais is the oldest part of Paris and contains many museums like the Picasso Museum, the Georges Pompidou Centre, a Mecca of modern and contemporary culture and art, and many others. You can also find many art galleries and historical sites like the Victor Hugo's house on the famous Place des Vosges.
It is also a few steps away from many places like the Hôtel de Ville, the National Archives, the Conservatoire National des Arts et Métiers and la Place de la République. Le Marais is known as the most fashionable and the trendiest district of Paris and the Rue des Francs Bourgeois, less than 10 minutes walking from the apartment, is the best proof.
You will also find a lot of very nice restaurants around which will fit all the craving you can have (and I know want I’m talking about regarding food !)
An other really nice place to go is Le Marché des Enfants Rouges. This is the oldest market place of Paris where you can find biological food and french local products. This place used to be the market of Louis XIV as it was created in 1615 ! (apt 5 min away, enjoy!)
For your night life, many theaters, cinemas, pubs, cafés, restaurants and clubs are very close but far enough to not be heard from home.
Close to every major subway line (République, Temple, Arts et métiers, Strasbourg St Denis), buses and velib stations
The main words are respect and happiness !
Please respect my sweet little home as if it was your own place, treat the apartment with proper care and leave it as you found it.
Please pay attention to your water and electricity use (no lights and heaters on when you leave the apt for example)
NO SMOKING IN THE APARTMENT
NO SHOES ON THE CARPET
NO ILLEGAL DOWNLOADS
Accidents happen and my wish is that you let me know as soon as possible so that I can replace or fix it, no problem
I leave you well equipped with the essentials (coffee, salt, pepper etc) when they run out you will be expected to replace them
We ask that guests respect our neighbors in the building and close by, taking care not to make excessive noise or play music at a volume likely to disturb others
During the rental period, the guest is responsible for security and access. Be sure all doors and windows are closed and locked before leaving the apartment.
