*Guests who sneak in additional guests or pets will be charged additional fees.
*Home is equipped with exterior security cameras (only). This is to protect our guests and our property as well as aid in the contactless self check-in/check-out process for our guests. Cameras are not monitored once guests check in.
* There is absolutely NO SMOKING ALLOWED inside the house and if you smoke outside please be sure all doorways and windows are closed near you if you step outside for a cigarette. Anyone caught smoking inside, or if the interior of the home smells like cigarettes, will be charged an additional $250. Please respect those who do not smoke and want to enjoy the home after you.
* Please be sure to mention any defects or issues upon arrival the day you enter the home to make sure you are not held liable for any damages to the home, its furniture, decor, exterior finishes, decking, driveway, walkways, etc.
