Renovated and adapted to residential in 1995 it retains the modernistic charm of the '50s. It was Vancouver’s first skyscraper, then the first commercial building to be designated heritage.
It comfortably accommodates 4 people: each of the two bedrooms has its own full ensuite bathroom and closet. An extra 5th guest can sleep in the living room's sofa bed.

The building is at the corner of Nelson and Burrard streets, right at the centre of downtown. Restaurants and shops are steps away, plus the convenience of a supermarket across the street.

Lili went out of her way to be accommodating and to be an amazing host. We stayed with her twice. I would recommend her place to others.
We spend a lot of time in Vancouver on business and decided to try a private apartment instead of a hotel. We would HIGHLY recommend Lili and her property. Lili promptly responded to all our emails and made sure that someone was waiting for us upon arrival.
The apartment is very comfortable, well-equipped and extremely quiet. We especially liked the layout with each bedroom having its own ensuite bathroom with tub.
The location is perfect for business or pleasure. The building is right in the heart of the business district and also very close to Robson Street, Davie Street, and the Seawall. There is a great supermarket, and many shops and restaurants literally steps away.
We will be staying at this apartment again. Thanks so much for everything Lili!

Wonderful apartment! We were staying in town for a ski weekend and it was perfect for the three of us. Well located in downtown and very quiet on the 14th floor. Lili was an excellent host, very easy to contact and she had everything set for us when we arrived (plus she gave us great dinner recommendations!). I would definitely stay here again on my next visit.

This was a great apartment to stay in. Convenient location to activities, food, and public transportation. We had a lot of fun on our visit, even including just hanging out at the place. Lili is a wonderful host. When next we visit Vancouver, if this place is available, we'll definitely stay here again.
The apartment was fabulous. Very modern, neat, clean and comfortable with wonderful city views. The location is perfect - two streets back from Robson st - and 10 minute wlk to anywhere in downtown Vancouver. Lili was an accommodating and friendly host.
This was the perfect apartment for our visit to Vancouver! It's conveniently located within walking distance of all the sights in downtown. We especially enjoyed walking to the aquabus in the mornings to go eat breakfast on Granville Island. But for those days when we wanted to eat in, there's a grocery store across the street and the apartment is stocked with the basic utensils for cooking. Lili is a great hostess. She made us feel welcome, and she was very helpful.
