Renovated and adapted to residential in 1995 it retains the modernistic charm of the '50s. It was Vancouver’s first skyscraper, then the first commercial building to be designated heritage.
It comfortably accommodates 4 people: each of the two bedrooms has its own full ensuite bathroom and closet. An extra 5th guest can sleep in the living room's sofa bed.

The building is at the corner of Nelson and Burrard streets, right at the centre of downtown. You'll be able to walk everywhere: Convention Centre, Vancouver Art Gallery, Yaletown, Gastown, English Bay, Stanley Park and much more. Only 25 minutes by subway or cab from the airport. Restaurants and shops are steps away, plus the convenience of a supermarket across the street.

I couldn't have been more pleased with this apartment! I was in Vancouver to speak at a conference and the host hotel was too pricey, so I looked into renting an apartment. This apartment was conveniently located downtown--in the heart of everything. We walked everywhere. The apartment is exactly as pictured--and is perfectly maintained. And you can't even imagine the view from the 14th floor--the floor-to-ceiling windows let us see all of downtown and the water! It was great to have 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with a fully-stocked kitchen (even coffee for the coffee maker). The building has a social club, workout facility and sauna. The hand-off of the keys was easy, as was returning them. I plan to return to vancouver soon--and will DEFINITELY book this apartment again!
We stayed in Lili's apartment for a week, from reservation online, to check in then to check out, the entire process was very easy. she is very kind and informative. Her apartment is very clean, so convenient to go anywhere in Vancouver. there are many restaurants downstairs, market place is just cross the street. We definitely will recommend her apartment to many my friends who want to travel to Vancouver.
Loved the historic Electra Building in central downtown Vancouver! Loved. Walk just about everywhere and anywhere -- out to Stanley Park, over to China Town, across to Granville Island, etc. Taxi for anything more.
One issue: Parking. If you have a car, the parking was not easy and required constant vigilance. There are two lots across the street behind two churches, respectively. They are only 24 hours, prepaid. You have to go back every 24 hours to pay again. No in/out privileges. One of the lots is closed on Sunday, the other shuts the gates from 11:30p to 6a. If money is less of an issue, I'd suggest just going to one of the local giant hotels to park (two also across the street) and dealing with them.

Lili went out of her way to be accommodating and to be an amazing host. We stayed with her twice. I would recommend her place to others.
We spend a lot of time in Vancouver on business and decided to try a private apartment instead of a hotel. We would HIGHLY recommend Lili and her property. Lili promptly responded to all our emails and made sure that someone was waiting for us upon arrival.
The apartment is very comfortable, well-equipped and extremely quiet. We especially liked the layout with each bedroom having its own ensuite bathroom with tub.
The location is perfect for business or pleasure. The building is right in the heart of the business district and also very close to Robson Street, Davie Street, and the Seawall. There is a great supermarket, and many shops and restaurants literally steps away.
We will be staying at this apartment again. Thanks so much for everything Lili!
I had a great experience with both Lili and this condo, as it was in the perfect location to all amenities so you can walk everywhere you want to go.

Wonderful apartment! We were staying in town for a ski weekend and it was perfect for the three of us. Well located in downtown and very quiet on the 14th floor. Lili was an excellent host, very easy to contact and she had everything set for us when we arrived (plus she gave us great dinner recommendations!). I would definitely stay here again on my next visit.

This was a great apartment to stay in. Convenient location to activities, food, and public transportation. We had a lot of fun on our visit, even including just hanging out at the place. Lili is a wonderful host. When next we visit Vancouver, if this place is available, we'll definitely stay here again.
