Interaction with Guests
I'll do everything to make your stay pleasant, comfortable, and stress-free.
Note: This is not a shared space. You'll have the place entirely to yourself.
The building is at the corner of Nelson and Burrard streets, right at the centre of downtown. Restaurants and shops are steps away, plus the convenience of a supermarket across the street.
You'll be able to walk everywhere: Convention Centre, Vancouver Art Gallery, Yaletown, Gastown, English Bay, Stanley Park and much more. Only 25 minutes by subway or cab from the airport.
Other Things to Note
LGBT and straight friendly.
Please note that I only hand keys to the person who booked the reservation and you must show valid picture ID.
Guests must follow the strata bylaws and regulations. You will be asked to sign a Form K (a demand from the building's management), stating you will comply with these bylaws:
No smoking anywhere in the apartment or building, or up to 6 meters from the building's front door.
No drinking alcohol in the common areas of the building.
Respect the laundry room hours (8am to 11pm).
No noise in the lobby, elevators, or hallways.
And these are my own little rules:
No unregistered guests.
No more than 8 people in the apartment at any given moment.
Please remove your shoes when entering the unit (as Canadians do).
Please, avoid removing make-up on the towels. There are Kleenex, cotton pads and cotton swabs provided for that purpose.
Although I don't charge a safety deposit, I trust you to reimburse me in case of any incident (stains, broken glasses, lost keys, etc).
Lili was very nice and arranged great check in experience, willing to make everyone welcome and warm. Booked for my friend's stadying, great location, walkable distance to most city center locations.
Lili was very welcoming and we had a great stay in her apartment. Everything we needed was there and the location is very central. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay there again.
Obrigado Lili e obrigado equipe AIRBNB.

The space was exactly as shown and perfect for a quiet family getaway this past weekend. We're already planning on booking again!
Lili was great, arrived on time to let us in and provide the keys. She even checked in via email/text to make sure we had everything we needed on our first morning.
Lili is a wonderful host, she wait for us at the building as agreed. Give detail explanation for all the in-house facilities, and where to buy the grocery etc..
The Condo unit is exactly appear as the photo she had posted, and the bed is very comfortable..
It is my wish list to stay for my next visit to Vancouver.
Thanks again Lili for all the assistance you gave to us.
We (myself, my partner and my Dad) stayed in Lili's lovely 2 bedroom apartment in downtown Vancouver and couldn't be happier with our experience. Lili was really easy to contact and we had no trouble agreeing on a time to meet at the apartment. On our arrival Lili gave us a warm greeting,a great map of Vancouver and some excellent advice on where we should visit. The apartment itself has 2 good sized bedrooms both with ensuite bathrooms (a big plus) and a spectacular view from the 14th floor. The living area is quite spacious and feels even bigger because of the beautiful view. The building is secure and there was very minimal noise from the street (and none from the other apartments). The kitchen is well stocked and has some of the basics already there (plus there's a supermarket around the corner). The beds were very comfortable and everything was clean on our arrival. Lili has clearly put in some thought as to what travellers might need so there are plenty of pillow choices, towels, spare linen, hair dryer etc. Lili contacted us the day after we arrived to make sure everything was going well - she was very approachable and easy to contact right from when we booked.
This apartment is centrally located so we were able to walk to most of the main Vancouver attractions. It's also a short walk from the train station which is great when getting to or from the airport.
We had a brilliant time in a Vancouver and in this apartment. My only regret is that we didn't get to stay longer! If we get the chance to return I'll definitely be contacting Lili again and would not hesitate in recommending this place to other visitors to Vancouver.

I'm an Airbnb veteran, hosting since July 2010 and loving every minute of it. I do a lot of volunteering, namely as the vice-president of Vancouver Latin American Cultural Centre, Director of Programming for Projecting Change Film Festival, and sit on the board of the Brazilian Consulate's Citizen Council.
I immigrated from Brazil to Vancouver 7 years ago and Ken, my partner, is the chief film critic of the Georgia Straight, Vancouver's weekly entertainment newspaper. Ken's son lives with us and works at a local movie theatre. As you can imagine, we watch more movies in one year than most people in their whole lives! I love cooking and baking with the great local products we find here.
I totally fell in love with Vancouver as soon as I got here, and I'm sure you will, too. (Or maybe you are returning for a visit and know exactly what I'm talking about!)
You will find a clean and comfortable apartment at the perfect location to explore the city, and I will do my best to make your stay enjoyable and stress-free.
Feel free to contact me with any questions.
Hope to see you soon!
