Interaction with Guests

Lawrenceville is one of Pittsburgh's more popular neighborhood destinations due to a kind of renaissance that has gone on here over the past decade or so. As a result of favorable demographic, geographic and economic factors many progressive and interesting retail stores, bars and restaurants have been setting up shop here and they are all really minutes from your door.
Because the house is located in the "lower" portion of Lawrenceville it is also at the intersection of other popular destinations including the Strip District (wholesale food district, and home of 31st Street Studios), Bloomfield (Pgh's Little Italy), and Polish Hill (home of the legendary Gooski's Bar). You are also a few blocks from a public riverfront area along the Allegheny for recreation.
Access to most major public transit routes is literally steps from your front door at Liberty Avenue, the East Busway Herron Avenue stop which is an express bus route from downtown to the east end, and Penn Avenue. Again due to it's location at the lower end of Lawrenceville one can very quickly access major bus routes, roadways, other neighborhoods and downtown.
Other Things to Note
Wireless internet service, water utility are included in this price.
This house is designed to house 2 individuals or 2 couples, as there are 2 queen beds, one per bedroom. City trash service is each Friday, guests expected to put trash out on the street curb Thursday night along with recycling which is picked up every other Friday and must be discarded in provided blue colored bin or blue bags.
