Welcome to Venice!

Come stay in a room in my home where I live with my daughter (17) We live on the top floor in a loft and often share our home with others. This is very much a working, living house with people,2 cats & 2dogs,and movement.Note; If you're not really into dogs or cats or kids ,interactions are up to you as they are not allowed in your room. I’ve had many people allergic and fine to stay here.

Your room is located on the bottom floor of the home. There is a queen sized bed, large couch and twin pullout chair, which easily accommodates 3 people comfortably.

I am a personal trainer and work from the home a couple of days a week. There is a room across from your room where my gym is located. You are more than welcome to use it, or if you're interested in having me put you through a workout,yoga session or need a massage I can provide those services.

As a guest in the home you have access to common spaces, outdoor patio, gym and if you need more kitchen amenities you can use mine 9am-8pm
The home has wi-fi, and a washer/ dryer, ( please ask to be shown how to use) which is located off your bathroom.

Street parking is limited, so you will have to have patience when searching.

I am located in one of the most exciting areas on the West side. You are just 7 blocks to the beach, hip eateries, bars, boutiques and shops.

The area has funky, quirky sites for tourists to see, all in a pedestrian friendly environment (Oceanfront Walk). Hip, gorgeous, gourmet, best-of-everything ammenities on Abbot Kinney, Main Street and Rose. If you're a more serious exerciser, the famous "Golds Gym" is 6 blocks away.

Other things to note
This is a very social home that operates within family hours. Quiet between 10pm-7am during the week and 10pm-7:30, weekends.
If you're looking for a place to hang out and party until the wee hours you might find it restrictive. Entering late please be considerate. Animals are friendly, so please be aware you might get a lick and fur on you. Sticky rollers provided :-)

Parking is free in this neighborhood, just note that Monday and Tuesday is street cleaning 8-10 am so look @ the signs in order to avoid tickets.
