A very comfortable place in Rome Termini.
We offer private Toilet in every room and free WIFI and including

The place it's very clean and the always smiling staff is available if you need any informations how and were to go around Rome.

Restaurants, supermarkets, and lots of shops are available in the area just couple minutes walk from here.

The colosseum is just 15 minutes walk from this place and lots of public transports are aswell available in walking distance from were if you want to see amazing places like, Venezia Square by bus 10 minutes. Vatican by Tube 15 minutes. Trastevere by bus 15 minutes. Navona Square by bus 15 minutes. Trevi fountain by tube 5 minutes.

Definitely very strategic spot in Rome starting from connections, to get here from Fiumicino and Ciampino airport by train and Coaches
( Atral or Schiaffini takes you right In this road ) Advice not to take "TERRAVISION"!!!! ! The stop will be quite far and a very long walk.

  • So glad to have found an easy place to stay. Great restaurants just 2 blocks up and over from this B & B. Easy to get to and nice.

  • The hotel was basic but good, the location very close to the trainstation but not really to the main sights. Mina and Sam are very friendly and helpful, they give good advices. The breakfast was basic but we really enjoyed our stay.

  • The hosts were wonderful! Sam and Mina are a warm, friendly couple who are very eager to please. Sam was amazing!!! On the day we arrived he gave us about 30 minutes of his time to brief us on the area, sightseeing, and other tips. Sam even walked with us to train station to fully help us get the best info and options. Mina was always ready with a very lovely breakfast...Sam did breakfast one morning too! We cannot deny the neighborhood/building where Pink is located, is rough. The building is old and not well maintained. The elevator didn't work to ground floor so you have to carry bags. But Sam helped when we arrived! Sam warned us to be aware of our surrounds as far as crime goes. We never had a problem though. The actual room was fine yet very basic. The bed was too firm. The location is noisy but once you close the window it does get much better. Everything works and is kept very clean. The room is small for two but it works. Think college dorm room. The key about this choice for me was location for the price. Being 2 blocks from the main transportation hub for Rome is key. Having trains/subway/buses nearby was excellent. Most all sightseeing was within long walks...30 minutes or less. Not all areas near train station are rough though; seemed like just near Pink. Not far away are good dining options too.

  • They completely ruin our first day in Rome!! We found the place at the specified address but cannot find them on the directory at the door. Called the number given the whole morning and the number is always busy!! Wrote to them text the number and no one called back. Please avoid them at all cost.

  • I (thought I) booked a room with two single beds in Mina's Termini1 property. We booked it last minute, only a few days before actually arriving--because of this, before actually booking it I contacted Mina to make sure that the room with two single beds was actually still available and she said yes.

When we arrived at the address given on our itinerary, we were showed to a room in one of Mina's other properties (Termini2) and to a room with one double bed.

I'm not entirely sure who was there when we arrived as they made no effort to speak a word of Italian/English to me, but after the woman offered my friend and I another set of blankets a man then offered us another room with a double bed and a single bed.

So, we booked one type room in one property and were put in a different type of room in a different property.

Room was pretty clean, breakfast was nice and served on time, wifi worked decently.

As others have mentioned, the area around the place is a bit sketchy at night so I wouldn't recommend going there alone.

  • Mina and her mom were fantastic hosts! They were super accommodating (we had to catch an early train but they still brought us breakfast!). The location is also perfect if you're taking the train.
