We own a four-plex in which we have renovated and furnished two of the apartments for short-term rental. We live on site in one of the apartments as well. We are close to downtown Spokane, as well as close to walking trails and parks. Our building is unique in its charm and character. It was built in 1895, and in our renovations we have tried to preserve some of the things that make this building so unique. Staying in one of our apartments is such a nice alternative to a Hotel. You get all of the comforts of home, and end up paying less than most Hotels. The apartments are fully stocked with everything you would need to stay for one night or a month or more. We also provide wireless internet access, as well as a washer and dryer in unit #2 , and in the entryway for apartment #3
PLEASE NOTE THAT MY DAILY, WEEKLY, AND MONTHLY PRICES ALL INCLUDE TAX. The price prior to tax is $79 Sunday through Thursday, $99 Friday and Saturday, $455 per week, and $1100 per month. Please let me know if you qualify for sales tax exemption.
This apartment is perfect for anyone who is needing to stay at Sacred Heart, Deaconess, or Shriners Hospitals. Ideal for traveling nurses. We are only 3 minutes away from these hospitals.
The nearest bus stop is two blocks walk from our house, and it leads right into downtown where you could transfer anywhere, or just enjoy our lovely downtown area.
There are many wonderful restaurants in downtown Spokane that are certainly worth checking out.
I have four garden boxes in the back yard that do produce some nice fresh vegetables and herbs in the summer time. My guests are always welcome to anything that is growing in season!
Мы с моим мужем жили в Украйне для одного года и говорим по Русский!
Kara was very welcoming and helpful. The apartment was spacious and well kept. Great sofa, and tv. Full kitchen, bathroom and a washer/dryer. Everything you need. Thanks for a relaxing stay!
Kara and Nathan are extremely nice and accommodating hosts. Any issues that may arise are handled promptly. The property is neatly kept and charming. Although, it is next to the interstate and railroad track it was surprisingly quiet. I work nights and sleep during the day and the noise was never an issue. Overall, a good place to stay when in Spokane.
The apartment is more than I could have hoped for. It's charming, has everything I could possibly need and the location is perfect. Kara and her husband are wonderful hosts and check in often to see if there is anything that I need. I'm a travel nurse who usually stays in corporate housing and this was such a great experience I hope to be able to do it again in other cities. I highly recommend Kara's place to anyone staying in Spokane for a weekend or 3 months!
