Unwind in this Historic 1863 colonial style home. Fully restored three bedroom and two bath suite. Located in between Rochester and Buffalo, a quick 5 minute drive off of the thruway in the small quaint village of Corfu. 5 minute drive to Darien Lake Theme Park/ Live Nation Theater and Darien Lake State Park.

*No kitchen/hotel like setting

Other treasures within 45 minute drive or less include Letchworth State Park, Niagra Falls, wineries and Breweries

The space
Enter through the historic 1800 Irongate. Walk up to the fully restored architectural double doors to a modern colonial style home. Downstairs enjoy family time in the parlor equipped with a custom coffee bar, fridge and microwave. Downstairs bathroom with single stall shower and a set of washer and dryer.

Walk up the original staircase to three bedrooms and full bath. First bedroom has a double bed and closet. Second bedroom has a queen bed with a private work desk, large closet and gorgeous chandelier. Third bedroom with a queen bed and full armoire. Bathroom with single stall shower on second floor.

Enjoy some coffee on the front porch or table and please feel free to wonder the gardens

Other things to note
Both bathrooms do not have tubs and showers are in a very tight spaces. Shared doors with owner's quarters are locked on both sides. Please do not try to open. This home does not include a full kitchen but a kitchenette, includes a microwave, mini fridge and a Kurig coffee machine..hotel like setting. On a main road, white noise machines are available but please be aware of some noisy vehicles.

Small historical village located between Buffalo and Rochester. Just a short walk to a pizzeria, hometown barbque, liquor store, gas station and bakery. 5 minute drive to Darien Lake and Live Nation concert venue and Darien Lake State Park.

Lives in Corfu, New York
A small fun fact. I was raised here. Moved away for 20 years. Moved back to reinvest in our community. My husband and I restored this vacant home, started the local bakery then sold it. Bought two more buildings in town and restored those so business could invest in our community too while saving the original structures. I love to garden restore old buildings and homes. Hope you enjoy ours.
