Our home is a charming two-story, country-French style retreat on a full acre, minutes to the best beaches in the region. Stunning panoramic ocean, sunset & mountain views from every deck. Cook's kitchen & roomy living spaces. Enjoy privacy after a day at the beach, world-class wine tasting or hiking on the nearby trails. Close to shops, dining, culture and so much more. Relax under magical night skies. A small piece of Provence minutes south of Santa Barbara offering serenity, beauty & comfort.

We are pleased to offer you a full retreat with all amenities. Please contact owner for longer-term rentals. Our rates are inclusive of the occupancy tax for the area of Santa Barbara. There are no extra taxes or resort fees that hotels will charge you.

Cook's kitchen providing all necessities and professional style outdoor grilling for those who can't leave the view and the spectacular sunsets. Outdoor dining allows for ocean/mountain and island viewing while enjoying your meals. The evening stars are magical and enchanting. Quaint seaside towns to explore for antiques and one-of-a-kind items. Enjoy wine tasting at world-renowned wineries less than an hour away. See the famous Lotusland botanical gardens in Montecito. World class surfing beaches also provide great waves to watch the experts.
Sleeping accommodations include large rooms with comfy mattresses: one king, one queen and one full bed in addition to a comfortable queen size pullout sleeper sofa. Large screen TV with cable for viewing movies or your favorite shows. Privacy and quiet in this secluded space, yet close to all amenities. Please remember this is a no smoking property. Fireplace use may be restricted during fire season which can vary depending on the conditions.No more than three cars are allowed to be parked on the property at any time.
