• Unauthorized visitors inside the unit without prior approval (except for valid reasons such as senior assistance, childcare, or emergencies) will incur a ₱2,000 fee per person.
• Visitors staying beyond quiet hours (10:00 PM–6:00 AM) and causing disturbances or complaints may incur a ₱5,000 penalty.

Lost Key or Access Card
Lost keys or access cards will incur a ₱5,000 replacement fee. Kindly return all issued items upon check-out.

Smoking & Strong Odors
Smoking inside the unit is strictly prohibited. To help maintain a fresh and pleasant space for future guests, please avoid strong-smelling food. Violations may result in a ₱2,000 deep-cleaning fee, plus additional charges if necessary.

Linen & Stains
Damaged or heavily stained linens may incur cleaning or replacement fees ranging from ₱500–₱1,500, depending on severity.
