Beautifully decorated Guest Quarters attached to our home. Private entrance, 1BR/1BA with a separate living room. Kitchenette consisting of mini-fridge, microwave, toaster oven, and coffee maker. Wifi and Smart TV. You will be completely private in this space. No interaction with us at all (if that is preferred). Why even consider a hotel room. Our space is competitively priced and MUCH nicer than any hotel room in town.

The space
Why stay in a hotel room when you can stay in a tastefully decorated private apartment/guest quarters that is attached to our home. Completely self contained with it's own HVAC system. Wifi access as well as Smart Televisions in both the living room and bedroom. Our home is located in an upscale golf course community just a few minutes to downtown Cookeville.

Private access allowing guests to come and go with ease. Dedicated parking space.

Other things to note
This space is designed for two. Sorry, we cannot accommodate more than two people. Also, this unit has only a kitchenette consisting of a mini fridge (no freezer), microwave, toaster oven and Keurig coffee maker. There are no laundry facilities in the unit.

This is a smoke free apartment. There is no smoking on our property.
