Charming Studio Apartment in SF

The apartment sits perfectly in the center of Hayes Valley, Mission, Castro and Lower Haight.

Located in a quiet part of a residential neighborhood and accessible by many of the above/underground transportation lines... this is by far the most central you can be to access it all.

The studio sits on the top floor of a 3 story building and has windows on 3 facing walls.

The kitchen is quaint and has everything you need from a stove, refrigerator, blender, juicer, french press, water filter to all the other standardized needs to cook just about anything.

The shower pours water so you'll never feel cold or uncomfortable when washing up.

The queen size bed is properly firm with and additional foam topper to make anyone rest perfectly through the night (even those with a bad back)

There is a desk to work at, chair to lounge in and WiFi in the apartment. There is a washer/dryer on the first floor (coin operated)

This place is small, but the light and openness along with the perfect location will keep you coming back for that cozy get away.

  • I stayed at Shae's appartment for a week on a business trip, and it was perfect: though not big, it was exactly as expected: clean, nice location and well equiped.
Shae's answered my e-mail very quickly.
    I highly recommend this studio

  • I spent a week at Shae's cute studio. Small, but has all you need, and it feels cosy, like in your own room at home. Shae has been quick to reply to all my questions and made sure everything was going smoothly. Location is definitely a must, in the Duboce triangle! Thanks Shae for the great experience!

  • I reserved Shae's place for a co-worker of mine who stayed in SF for a week. She had a very pleasant stay and you can not beat the location! Shae was attentive and helpful. I would recommend this place to anyone visiting San Francisco.

    Thanks Shae!

  • Truly just as pictured. Not fancy, but quiet and relaxing, a perfect, simple home base for one or two people to explore the city.

  • I had a great stay at Shae's! The apt was bright and comfortable, in a cute neighborhood, with plenty of amenities within walking distance. Parking was tricky but not impossible. Would definitely stay here again.

  • Shae's studio is perfect for one or two people who don't need a ton of space but would like to be right in the middle of things. It's a very short walk to the Mission and Haight and Fillmore Streets, and a toe minute walk from multiple buses and trains. Shae herself was always quick to respond to questions and helpful with suggestions for how to get around town. Recommended!

  • I stayed in Shae's place for 5 nights in January to get away to the city and work on my second book. It was perfect for me. Super-quiet room. There was construction next door but that was only during the day and did not bother me. At night it was incredibly quiet, not street noise at all. It's small and cozy and clean, with everything you need. There's a great cafe, Soleil, just a couple of blocks away, where I spent many happy hours writing. Such a great, central location. I walked to the Mission, Noe Valley, the Castro and of course Hayes Valley and even ran all the way to the Marina and back one day, on Fillmore. One note: if you are taking your car, parking is difficult. My advice: come on a Thursday morning at 9am. Then stay in your car in a spot directly across the street from Shae's place. It's street cleaning on Thursday, 8 to 10am, and that one block does not having parking restrictions. You can park there for a number of days (the rest of the neighborhood is 2-hour max unless you have a permit). By 9:30, the whole block will be filled with people waiting in their cars for their spots, so be prepared to camp out by 9. Bring a book!

Again, a great little place for a single or couple to get away to the city in a super-central, clean, quiet spot. Shae was very helpful and responsive, and even let me extend my stay by the day, just letting her know each morning.
