This wonderful 1-bedroom apartment is located just steps from the many shops and restaurants of Vancouver's famous Robson Street. The luxury Residence on Georgia 1-bedroom apartment comes tastefully furnished throughout and has 1 queen bed and a single pull out cot. A high speed internet connection provides superior internet access and is included at no additional cost with the rental. Expansive views of downtown and English Bay make this 24th floor apartment a popular choice amongst our apartments.
The two tower Residence on Georgia apartment complex features a 24 hour concierge service in the lobby for added security and convenience, secure underground parking with security pass access, theater room, and an exercise room on the 2nd floor. The building can be accessed from both Georgia and Alberni Streets.
Ideal for great shopping, the popular and bustling Robson Street is just less than one block away from the Residence on Georgia. The nearest grocery stores are brand new Urban Fare which is a gourmet specialty and organic food store only a 3 minute walk away or the IGA Marketplace which is about an 8 minute walk from the apartment, also London Drugs pharmacy is located just around the corner. Situated on the edge of the financial center, all the major office buildings are within easy walking distance of the apartment as is the Burrard Skytrain Station. Stanley Park and Coal Harbour are located just a short 5 minute walk northwest of the apartment.
This apartment is professionally cleaned after each tenancy. Pets are NOT allowed. Parking is an additional $5 per day or $100 per month.
A copy of credit card in the name of the guest will be required at time of check-in, for security purposes. No charges will be added to the card unless there are damages to the apartment upon check-out.
There will be a late check in fee after 6PM of $20
Extra Occupants - $25 per night
Prices are based on double occupancy. A single fold out bed can be provided for an additional $10 per night, $50 per week, or $100 per month.

Great apartment. Clean, bright and quiet. Check in/check out was easy. Host was generally good, although communication could have been better. This is not a 'personal' AirBnB place - it is more a commercial listing but that suited is fine.
Excellent reception from Denny, Sean and Grace. Apartment was perfect, clean and very well appointed. Location is awesome, building really nice, and host was very accomodating. Would definitley want to come back to Sean's place.
I stayed at the Residences on Georgia for a month. It is a wonderful location. Easy to walk to all downtown areas, has lots of space in the condo and the high speed internet worked well.
Not sure who Sean Rollinson actually is? I ended up having to go thru various people to acces keys and have issues dealt with. Sean is contact for rental agency? Tad owner, who let us into condo? Grace, service desk for rental management, travel agency? Concierge, name unknown, who was unhelpful about fixing parking problems (told us to park in service area, we may be towed). Rental repair person? Very different from past rental experiences where actual owners dealt with us for duration of stay.
Various problems at the place. Most were dealt with fairly promptly but really shouldn't have been issues in the first place in a properly upkept place. Someone was in parking spot. Not owners fault but should have been prechecked. Management agency kindly waived parking fee for hassles, which was appreciated. Cleanliness was subpar. Upon arrival pillows and quilt in duvet were badly stained. I ended up washing the bedding. Pillows needed to be replaced and two out of four were replaced later in the week. Mildew on lower part of shower curtain, again replaced. Broken dishes and some dirty pots, dishes were replaced. Missing dishcloths and oven mitts were brought to the condo. Bathroom fan was cleaned after requested as it was impossible to use due to noise. Bathroom drain was slow running and not cleaned as requested, but it did still work. I was told by Tad the owner, that according to their culture it was required to remove shoes in the apartment. Which is a good idea if the carpets were clean. Sadly, these carpets were badly stained and dirty throughout the condo. The blinds were stained and broken in spots which was not nice to look at. Dirty under the sink kitchen, where garbage has spilled and not been cleaned up. Various old nasty sponges and cloths under both kitchen and bathroom sink. I ended up lining some shelves with paper towels as my items were sticking to the shelves. Basic areas that should be routinely cleaned weren't.
I was booked for a month at the Residences on Georgia. After a few days a sign was posted in elevator telling guests that there would be construction in the adjacent building. So, other guests should check if construction is going to be continued as it would be disruptive for a restful stay.
There is a nice pocket view of the water which was very pleasant.
With an initial serious cleanup and then a rigid ongoing cleaning and maintenance checklist The Residences on Georgia has the potential to be a lovely getaway spot.
Sean and his team were quick to respond to our emails and very friendly, professional and accommodating hosts. The apartment was excellent. Had everything we needed. Location is also great, easy walking distance to the waterfront and downtown. Overall this was an excellent place to stay for our week in Vancouver and we'd stay again if we come back.
No problems! Good communication with Sean and the property manager. We were lucky that flexible check-in and out times were possible in our case. Took the Sky train from the airport and got off on City Centre station. From there it was a 3 block walk down Georgia St. to the condo. If you have lots of bags, I'd transfer to the bus. It was a nice quiet condo with basic furniture but comfortable. Easy walking distance to the waterfront and Stanley Park. Cooked some dinners and used the microwave a lot.
Excellent appartment just as described. Situated in a part of the city which met our needs really well - close to Stanley Park , Robson St and the waterfront. Would book through Sean again if staying in Vancouver. Had a great stay.
