The Space

Hello! I'm Bianca, I am a designer and I live in Milan. This home is too big for me, so I'd love to share it with you (and your friends). The apartment is close to the metro station Affori FN (only 6 stops from Central Station, about 10 minutes; to 10 stops from the Duomo, about 15 minutes). Nearby there are good restaurants, pizzerias, bars, shops, supermarkets, fruiterer and drugstores.

I have 3 bedrooms, one chocolate color, the other gray color with pink rooftop and another white. If you are a smoker (or even simply you are a lover of the beautiful season) you can ask to have the room with a private terrace.

You can order a good breakfast in the morning, but also lunch and dinner (I'm a huge fan of Italian food!).

The area is easily accessible from the airports of Malpensa and Linate. It is also convenient to get the car as the apartment is near the exit of the freeway east of Milan.
If you do not want to wait for the buses that take you to Milano Centrale, or do not want to spend much money for the taxi, my boyfriend can come pick you up at the airport, ask if it is available on the basis of his shifts.

I hope to hear from you soon!

Check In
  • We stayed one night at Bianca's after our flight before heading on to the Italian coast. It was very convenient for us, the metro stop is closeby. We were 7 but were able to sleep in two rooms. However, my bed was a folding bed so for more time, we would have needed more rooms. The apartment is tidy and has a lot of space. Some of my friends were disturbed by street noice but I slept fine. Bring earplugs just in case. Bianca is sweet, welcoming and makes good breakfast - go for it! The area is not touristic at all which means reasonable prices. We went to restaurant nearby called Pizzeria La Pianta - very nice and with plenty of locals.

  • Very nice stay at Bianca's. We liked the area a lot and loved visiting Milano. The bar down the street was amazing and we ate there very well every morning. Thanks Bianca for opening your home!

  • Neighborhood is very quiet and it is a 15mins walk to the train station and another 15mins to the centre of Milan. Apartment is big and it is good for 8 of us.

  • The apartment was clean with all the essencial things. Bianca accepted my booking even 2 hours before check in.
The district is a little bit distant from the center, but you can see it on the map already, with nothing particular in the neighborhood.
However it's a good place if you have to stay a night or two.

  • The biggest problem with Bianca is that she doesn’t know English even on a basic level. Communication is only possible with sign language.
Our friend who lives in Milan was kind enough to translate and get the details for the payment and other things.
Unfortunately what you see on the pictures has nothing to do with reality itself! We’ve booked too rooms (a room for 4 + a room for 2). The bigger one which was for 4 people was a disaster - I admit it was clean but two of the beds were like in 1980 Bulgarian army boot camp. The furniture was at least 20 years old. If you are the explorer type you can try out the wardrobes! There are things to find in them that you will never guess! In the other room there was a terrace a big one but only that.
There was a large bathroom, which unfortunately had only her accessories and hanging underwear.
She had not provided the necessary towels for each guest. And she came up with the excuse that they haven’t been dried yet, and to wait until the next day?
As a location – near the apartment there is a metro station THAT IS A PLUS!

  • The apartment is nearer to Affori FN station which is 5 direct stops away from the main train station. The room is very spacious but dusty. It's a little eerie at night as there's no light at the corridor. The water pressure is not strong and the temperature of the water is not consistent. It's either super hot or cold. Yet, Bianca is nice and very accommodating.

  • Great big room and shared bathroom. Quite close to the metro. You definitely need to know a bit of Italian to communicate. I needed to use the kitchen and I was allowed too but felt like it was a bit of an inconvenience. Overall private,
    independent of owner and big.
