Val de Ruda 4 is a luxury apartment in a newly built residential complex, "Urbanización Ruda", located at the foot of the ski runs at 1500 metre elevation mark in Baqueira.
The apartment is right beside the gondola exit, making ski run access unsurpassable.
Val de Ruda 4 has three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The master bedroom has a double bed and ensuite bathroom. The other two bedrooms have bunk beds and a single bed. The bathroom in the master bedroom has a shower and the other bathroom has a tub. There is also a large dining and living room with fireplace and fully fitted open plan kitchen.

Baqueira is an urban complex situated at 1500 metres above sea level, with a population of 94 inhabitants permanently living there. It was created as the ski resort of Baqueira-Beret opened and the need for full services to the area arose. There is no hospital but there is an emergency and casualty unit for skiers. There are also some high quality restaurants.
Since its opening on December 6th 1964, Baqueira-Beret has become one of the best ski resorts in the Pyrenees and one with the best and most quantity of snow due to be facing North. According to this year’s figures (2011), it offers its visitors 120 kms. of sign-posted and prepared ski slopes, 14 kms. of itineraries, 7 kms. of cross-country track, snowpark, slalom stadium, 33 ski lifts and 546 artificial snow cannons. And they improve their facilities year after year.
According to ski experts, Baqueira-Beret has in the surrounding area some of the most sought-after off-piste skiing spaces. Many enthusiasts travel from all over Europe to enjoy this possibility and the after-ski services in Baqueira.
Apart from this off-piste space, there are two other large skiing areas. Firstly, Beret (at 2100 metres above sea level), which can be reached by a road that leaves the C-28 as we come out of the town centre. This area is recommended for ski beginners.
Secondly, the area called Bonaigua which is perfect for the ski experts. In order to be able to access this area of Baqueira-Beret we can go from Baqueira to the highest point of Bonaigua-Peülla, or go from the town called Esterri d’Àneu, on the other side of the mountain pass, if we are coming from Sort.
During the summer season Baqueira-Beret also offers great possibilities and facilities for those who want to enjoy the countryside, walking or on a bike.

BAQUEIRA 1500 (Val de Ruda)
This is a new residential area close to the town centre of Baqueira. There is a new commercial zone with all sorts of services and shops; bars and restaurants, luxurious apartments, five star hotels, (website hidden)quipment storage premises, stores specializing in the sale and hire of ski equipment, even ski schools.
The main advantage of this housing development is that it enjoys direct access to the slopes by cable car.
If you arrive to Val de Ruda by car, your best option is to take the vehicle to the underground parking, as it has 1500 spaces and direct access to the cable car of Baqueira and to the shopping centre within the housing development.
BAQUEIRA 1700 (Pleta de Nheu and Nin de Beret development)
It is a top of the range development which enjoys the same comforts as Val de Ruda regarding the direct access to the ski slopes. This access is by the ski lift of Tanau, where there are also some shops and services such as stores, hiring equipment shops, ski schools, bars and restaurants.
In Nin de Beret, the access is easily reached on foot to the chair lifts. In Pleta de Nheu the access to the slopes is by free shuttle service.

Great apartment 3 blocks from the beach and a 10 minute walk to Parte Vieja where all the pintxo bars are. The apartment is quite spacious with a large living room and kitchen. The terrace is great. Juan and his coworkers were quick to respond to questions and requests. Definitely recommend this apartment
This apartment was just perfect for our group of 7. The rooms were very nicely styled - the pictures do them no justice! We also really appreciated having 3 bathrooms and showers.
The location was unbeatable, right in the old quarter near all the best pintxos and bars. It was also only a short walk from the ocean.
Juanra was the best host. He was in constant communication with us. He was so accommodating and told us about the best places to see and eat. Do not hesitate in booking this place, it will only make your experience of this gorgeous city even better.
My friends and I had a wonderful experience at Zurriola (website hidden) were accurate and overnight parking was a quick 5-10 minute walk away. The bed was comfortable, the place was tidy, and the views we're stunning. If I find myself in San Sebastian again, I will surely stay here again!
Had a great experience at La Perla. We were a family of 4 who was traveling through Spain and we made a stop in San Sebastian. The apartment was in a great location 200 yards from the beach. Juan and the team were great with helping us get in and getting our car situated. We would definitely recommend to others who want to visit Donostia-San Sebastian.
Price is low considering its peak season in San Sebastián. Small bed could barely fit my husband and I so be prepared to lay very close to each other. Otherwise it'(email hidden), hot water worked well. No AC, but a fan that circulates air well. The windows all face indoor corridors and you can hear everything your neighbors do or (website hidden) was good enough for a few days. Overall nice and hosts were nice.
Great place, exactly what it looks like in the photos. Is light and airy in the day, and super quiet for a good night's (website hidden) met us at the car park and showed us around the flat, giving us some great intel on things to do in the evening! Would come back again in a heartbeat
Apartment is in a great location, a short 10min walk to the old town and looks just like in the photos. Comfy bed with all the necessary amenities included, and nicely decorated. The apartment is free from any street noise, but the air well where the bedroom/toilet opens out to does transmit a bit of noise from the neighbours on occasion. So the windows need to be closed when sleeping. I did not meet Juan, but a gentleman from the rental company met us at the apartment. We were a bit early and they kindly allowed us to leave our bags at the office which is in a little square about 100m away on the same street. There is also a friendly and convenient breakfast place just next to the apartment block entrance. All in, I would highly recommend this place.
