Kyle and Elle were incredibly warm and generous, and their house is lovely. They gave us all kinds of great Portland advice and let us cook in their kitchen and borrow their dish ware to bring to a potluck. They're great hosts. We really enjoyed our stay.
My husband and I had a great visit. Kyle and Elle were wonderful hosts and extremely helpful guiding us around Portland. We enjoyed sharing our daily adventures with them.
Kyle, Elle, and Paloma were fantastic! They gave great advice on places to check out and had loads of Portland magazines in their house. The house is super charming and is highly recommended!!
Olivia and I greatly enjoyed Kyle and Elle's hospitality. Their house is in a great location close to restaurants and quite accessible to downtown. We had a quiet and peaceful stay.
I had a wonderful stay. The room is very comfortable, and the house is just a few blocks from many great restaurants. They're great hosts and very friendly - Kyle even speaks Portuguese! I look forward to staying there again.
Clean, comfortable room with cozy bed and lots of closet and dresser space. The bathroom was very clean and well-appointed. The claw foot tub was a treat. Kyle and Elle were gracious hosts to my daughter and me as we used their home as a base to explore Portland and surrounding areas. The location is extremely convenient via car, mass transit. Also a good home base for runners; I enjoyed the trails along the Willamette River as well as an early morning run to Mount Tabor Park (thanks for the suggestion, Kyle!)
Well kept, tidy, arts and crafts' home with plenty of freedom to come and go. Main floor bedroom, bath and shower in antique tub. Easy parking on street close to Division/Hawthorne "people life" and restaurants. Kyle and Elle are a gracious couple and hosts sharing their lives and their soon-to-baby's arrival over an early morning cup of coffee and tea. We would definitely stay again.
Staying with Elle and Kyle was an absolute treat. Huge room with loads of closet space and a beautiful private bathroom. Both spotlessly clean and beautifully decorated. Communication with hosts was quick and comprehensive. And, to top it all off, they are a great couple and really fun to be around. Highly recommended!
Such a cozy, comfortable home and room! Clean and quiet with everything I needed. Lots of closet space, hangers, great mirror, comfortable, warm bed, lots of pillows and towels. I was prepared for tricky shower, but there was no problem there -- lots of hot water. Excellent, reliable and fast wireless internet. Great location, easy to get to even for a person who has never navigated through Portland before. I stayed for six nights and never had a problem parking on the lovely, quiet street. Good advance communication with hosts and everything was exactly where/how they said it would be. And, on top of everything else, hosts were kind and welcoming to my daughter who wanted to leave flowers in my room and treats in the refrigerator for me to enjoy when I arrived (in the middle of the night without having had any dinner). I really could not have asked for a better, more comfortable or convenient situation. Thanks so much, Kyle and Elle!
This was a lovely, relaxing and incredibly comfortable place to stay. The hosts are amazingly kind and welcoming, and have several thoughtful touches that make your stay fantastic. It's a bright, clean space with plenty of room for bags, coats, etc., and the bed is super comfortable. My husband and I are both 6'0" tall and fit quite comfortably on the bed. The house is in a great neighborhood - there's coffee shops, restaurants and great shopping within walking distance. It's also very easy to use public transportation from this spot! One of my best AirBnB experiences, and I cannot recommend it enough.
