The listing was completely accurate as described. Noa was an excellent host and the apartment was spotless. The location is perfect for anyone looking for a quiet place to stay while vacationing in St. Pete.
We had a really nice stay in Noa and Mark's place in St Pete's. The apartment was clean and spacious and in a quiet part of town. Noa was very friendly and helpful. We would fully recommend staying here.
The location was great for getting around the greater Tampa area. Our hosts were very accommodating and made sure to check in with us to see if there was anything extra we needed. We loved having a kitchen so we could cook breakfast in the morning before starting our day.
We (2 people) stayed at Mark and Noa's home for one night (New Years Eve) and booked it only a day or so in advance. Luckily, they arranged for it to be cleaned and prepared for us with such little notice. Everything was in good order and it was a cozy stay for the night. But just for future guests to know, especially if you have respiratory issues or are sensitive to slight odors, there is a musty smell to the house. We went out and got Febreeze and a few Glade products to cover it once we got in and it helped a lot. I'm not sure what it was, could've been cleaning products or mildew problems or both.
Overall though I think the home is a good budget spot in St. Petersburg.
Good for the price. This place is very well located. 10 minutes to go the beach. Good place for 2 or 3 people.
Thanks so much for a quiet clean place for my son to stay over the Christmas holiday. All questions were answered promptly and the listing was as described.
Great area very convenient. Place is as advertised. If you are cold, look for the space heaters in the closets.
