Our house had 3 Bdrms, 4 beds overlooking beautiful NoName Creek! Great outdoor views, within 5 mins from downtown, Hot Springs Pool, Cavern's Adventure Park, Iron Mtn Hot Springs, Yampah Caves, Historic Hotel Colorado and Hotel Denver, between Roaring Fork River and Colorado River & great restaurants. Along the bike path in Glenwood Canyon & to downtown. A quick walk to the Colorado River. Ski Sunlight is about 15miles away - fun mountain! Parks,river trails and mountain trails.

The space
1763 square feet with three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. One highlight is the gorgeous master suite featuring hardwood floors, a private balcony overlooking the creek, and a relaxing bathroom with travertine tile, a huge jetted tub, double head walk in shower, and double sinks. You can relax on the front porch and enjoy the canyon views while bikers cruise by along the Glenwood Canyon Bike route. Or, step out from the kitchen onto the large deck overlooking No Name Creek. The kitchen is spacious and has everything you need, and you won't feel alone when you are cooking because the kitchen is the center of the house adjoining the dining room and opens into the family room. The other two bedrooms are next to the kitchen, and on the other side of the house from the private master suite. The property features a private fenced yard that steps right onto the wraparound deck, and parking is easy in the round-about driveway.

No Name is a really cool neighborhood, right along the Glenwood Canyon Bike path. It is a low turnover area because people love it! The Glenwood Canyon Resort is just up the road from the house, so you can walk there for food, rafting and everything else they offer.
