It has an open plan living, kitchen and dining area with all the modern conveniences you could (website hidden), DVD, wireless internet, washer dryer and dishwasher.
3 bedrooms plus a single foldaway bed that can be put up in the living room and one bathroom with bath and electric shower above.
The apartment is conveniently located for access to the vibrant city centre with it's unique New Town and charming Old Town. It is also served by the Airlink bus and only a few minutes walk from Haymarket Railway Station.
Nearby amenities include supermarkets and restaurants and the apartment also benefits from private parking and use of a roof terrace with views of the castle and a swimming pool and sauna.

A stone's throw from the hustle and bustle of the city centre, but with the convenience of local, independent restaurants, supermarkets and parking!
The city centre is only approximately 15 minutes walk, Haymarket train station is 5 minutes walk and we're 2 minutes walk from a bus stop with buses to all parts of the city every 5 minutes.
The airport bus, Airlink, stops at Haymarket station so it is very convenient for the apartment.
Parking is available for one car and we can usually arrange extra parking for at least one more car if asked.

The apartment is in a good location, close to Haymarket station, and within walking distance to many shops and restaurants. You can also walk into the centre of Edinburgh from here, it takes around 30 minutes. The apartment itself is a lot smaller than what I expected from the photos. It was a little cramped for five people. It is also a bit old and tired, with very creaky floors and bathroom floor tiles that are loose. The small single beds are a bit hard and uncomfortable. We were left provisions of tea, coffee, bread, butter, etc, which was nice. The roof top "terrace" was uninviting and we did not try the pool. Overall, I was a little disappointed with this apartment because I did not find it very comfortable, but the rest of my travelling party liked it and were fairly happy here.

Nice apartment with good view in a quiet part of Edinburgh. Very close to the city center with tram from Haymarket station. The tram is also good for going to the airport. Friendly and helpful host that made our stay enjoyable.
We are a family of 5 from Canada who stayed in this apartment for 3 nights. It was exactly what is presented on this site and met our needs. The area is safe and close to bus and rail. The hosts were available and met us on time. Parking was excelent and the building and parking were very secure. Id stay there again and reccommend it to others
The flat was great and the children really enjoyed the pool. It is well located in Edinburgh, and nearly all equipments are furnished.
