This 3 bedroom flat is bright and sunny benefitting from views of the west side of the city.
It has an open plan living, kitchen and dining area with all the modern conveniences you could want. TV, DVD, wireless internet, washer dryer and dishwasher.

3 bedrooms plus a single foldaway bed that can be put up in the living room and one bathroom with bath and electric shower above.

The apartment is conveniently located for access to the vibrant city centre with it's unique New Town and charming Old Town. It is also served by the Airlink bus and only a few minutes walk from Haymarket Railway Station.

Nearby amenities include supermarkets and restaurants and the apartment also benefits from private parking and use of a roof terrace with views of the castle and a swimming pool and sauna.

The Neighborhood

A stone's throw from the hustle and bustle of the city centre, but with the convenience of local, independent restaurants, supermarkets and parking!

Getting around

The city centre is only approximately 15 minutes walk, Haymarket train station is 5 minutes walk and we're 2 minutes walk from a bus stop with buses to all parts of the city every 5 minutes.

The airport bus, Airlink, stops at Haymarket station so it is very convenient for the apartment.

Parking is available for one car and we can usually arrange extra parking for at least one more car if asked.

  • We had a great stay in this apartment. The room is very spacious and the facility and supplies is very abundant. The location is convenient with grocery shops and restaurants , supermarket nearby. The host is very considerate and make sure the room is warm as we requested particularly. We had a great stay.

  • We very much enjoyed our stay. The flat was beautiful, very nicely renovated, clean and well-equipped. Just as in the photos! It was really convenient from Haymarket station and within walking distance of Grassmarket and the centre. Agnes was friendly, easy to communicate with before and during our stay, and was flexible with check-in and out. The pool and sauna were such a treat too!

  • We had a most enjoyable and comfortable stay in this apartment and, although we were only there for 2 days, it accommodated the needs of myself and three teenagers very well. Being on the 4th floor, at the top of the building, the apartment was lovely and bright and we had views across some areas of the city, with 360 degree views also available from the lovely roof terrace immediately above the apartment, giving a particularly good view of the castle. The pool was a definite plus for the children and they made the most of it at every available opportunity. Having the benefit of private, secure parking in the city gives this apartment the edge over many others where street parking and public car parks are the only available option. The owner is a lovely, friendly lady and she was there to greet us to explain the key & code systems and anything else we were unsure of. She had also left us some basic provisions (tea, coffee, milk, bread, butter) that were useful during our brief stay, but there is a supermarket very close to the apartment to meet the needs of guests staying longer. I will definitely check if this apartment is available when I am next visiting friends in Edinburgh.

  • Had a very nice time in Edinburgh. The house was very nice and hosts were charming. Would definately stay there again. There were six of us but there was enough room. Thank you for nice touch of tea coffe etc.
