This is a very spacious & soulful 2nd Floor, 2 bedroom apartment. We knocked the wall down between the kitchen and the dining room, and this move really opened the space nicely, so, the chef is not cut off from the liveliness of her/his guests.
It has a balcony which is excellent for meals outside and evening cocktails.
Apartment features cable, wi-fi, includes utilities, very comfortable-quiet & non-smoking environment and laundry .

Brooks and his wife were super great, and very helpful. We could not have asked for a better hostr. The apt was spacious with lovely prints, and had everything you needed. Very comfortable.
This is a very nice apartment, and very close to the down town which was helpful. The apt. was very clean, and sufficiently stocked with all of the cooking utensils, and everything needed to set-up temporary housing. Good communication with the host. Very nice place to stay.
The place was nice -- open and with plenty of space, a kitchen, and with cable TV and wifi. We stayed there while my wife started her job at Case Western and we did some house-hunting in the Heights, and it was close to everything we needed.
Although it's not air conditioned, there were ceiling fans and there was a nice breeze through the apartment with all of the open windows. The apartment is on the second of three stories, and while we were aware of the neighbors from time to time, they were pretty quiet. Laundry was available, but we didn't need it.
Brooks was nice and checked on us while we were there to make sure we had what we needed.
We had a wonderful experience staying at Brooks' Cleveland Heights apartment. The place is in an excellent location. Walking distance to the Cedar-Lee strip of restaurants, bars, taverns, coffee shops, and movie theater. The apartment was clean, smelled nice, and was adequately and tastefully decorated. Kitchen was furnished with enough of the essentials to make cooking easy. We were there during a very cold period of December. There was plenty of hot water and the heating system kept the apartment warm and comfortable. Brooks was very attentive and called a couple times during our stay to check in and confirm that we were comfortable. I would definitelyrent from him again.
This was my first booking using Airbnb, and I was so lucky to deal with Brooks. He answered all my questions rapidly and was ready so solve any problems. Fortunately, no problems occured :)
My colleagues were very busy at work indeed, so they had not spent much time in the apartment. But what I know for sure - the flat was very clean and cozy - guys liked it very much!
I can recommend Brooks as a great host ever! )
Dear Brooks, thank you!
We stayed at one of Brooks rentals for 3-4 weeks this fall while waiting to close on a house and it was absolutely great! Brooks was flexible with our arrival time and due to the change of schedule for our closing, he was great with being flexible on our departure too! My husband and I have a 5 month old baby and the two bedroom was perfect for us and the apartment was the perfect size for us to bring up baby toys/necessities and still have our nanny come to the house during the day while we were at work. The one time the nanny locked herself out of the house Brooks was there in about 10 minutes to let her in-- thank goodness! We couldn't have been happier at the apartment, the location was awesome for weekend walks to the coffee shop and the neighbors were super friendly as well! I recommend this apartment to anybody look for a long-term hotel alternative in the Cleveland Heights area! Thanks Brooks!
My friend and I were in town for a long weekend to see friends who live in Cleveland and we stayed in Brooks's apartment. Brooks was very communicative throughout our stay, checking in to make sure we had everything we needed. The apartment was comfortable and clean. The neighborhood is very pretty and quiet, we were able to walk to a variety of resturaunts in the area. I would reccommend staying here!

From our years as landlords, my wife, Mika and I have made our places home for hundreds of people; we love the friendships that we have created and we love taking care of people. We are very health oriented, we eat organically, we have a beautiful vegetable garden and we are very physically active; Mika is a yoga instructor, 2 kids are college athletes and 1 kid is a wilderness guide.
We feel that we have created wonderful spaces at our properties, and, influenced by what we were hearing from transplant families, we felt that we would like to provide healing, healthy and comfortable spaces, on a short term basis for anyone attracted to what we've created. We do this FULL TIME. Our guests include lots of Cleveland Clinic and University Hospital people, both patient families as well as md's, people between houses / jobs, film makers, travelling nurses, visitors, etc.
If we can't help you in time, we will refer to our comrades.
