Hello, welcome to our studio apartment. It is in a fantastic location at the very heart of central London.
You will have own big kitchen and shower room.
The closest tube stations are Tottenham Court Road, and Holborn, both are 5 mins walk away. The flat has broadband, and also has a washer, dryer.
I used to run my guesthouse on this very street, so know the area very well. The flat is right in the heart of London, so it is difficult to pick out any one place in particular that you must visit. But for eating out my favorite is Old Compton Street, one of the first places in London to start serving food late at night. The British Museum is at the heart of Bloomsbury. Historically, Bloomsbury is associated with the arts, education and medicine so the area sets a sophisticated and modern atmosphere. The Bloomsbury theatre , a very respected theatre within the eyes of Londoners; is located within the area.
Locals to the area are spoil for choice with restaurants, bars and clubs being within feet of each other. The location is amazing! Come and visit, and experience central London for yourself :)
for long stay Please sens me massage. month or more +bill with monthly rate. P
The apartment is on the 3rd floor. The steps are a bit tight if you need to lift your luggage. The shower maybe a bit small for a bigger size person but it is ok for me. The apartment is on a quiet street. So sometimes you can hear the neighbors footstep (above you) when they return but thats the only thing I hear.
Other than the above, the apartment is great. The apartment look just like in the photos. A nice, cozy place to stay in. Basic but with essentials. Free wifi is also a big plus point (and many hotels in UK make you pay for it) Maggie is also helpful and prompt to response to my enquires before and during my stay at the apartment.
Location is very near the British museum and the shopping streets. I walked to many places instead of taking the tube. Buses are also good to use (bus route can be found from (website hidden) map) as the bus stop is just nearby. Nearer than the tube station.
I would definitely stay here again the next time I am back in London.
This studio was perfectly located in central London and very convenient for seeing all the sights -- whether on foot or with public transportation. The building is located on a quiet side street, making for a peaceful night's sleep (except for the garbage trucks that come through around 7 in the morning). There are many restaurants, banks, and a supermarket nearby. If you're especially sensitive, you should know that you will hear every step of those staying in the apartment above. The studio is relatively basic, but it had everything I needed for my stay, which was a combination of work and vacation. Check in and check out were simple and straightforward and communication with Maggie was very easy. I would stay here again!
We met Maggie only one time, but everything was great. The location is perfect as you don't have to change trains from Heathrow. It's a little street without any much traffic.
Our apartment was nice, warm and clean.
We had everything we needed.
Never had any WiFi-issues, the heater worked like a charm and the waterflow was good, too.
I will defenetly come back!
Maggie was great. The place is very nice and perfectly located.
Maggie was a great host, impressively reliable and punctual! She replies literary within seconds. She is also well organized and has developed a very efficient checki-in / check out system. Location is definitely the strongest feature of the building/apartment. It is located in the very heart of London, just minutes away from shops and all major sights. Apartment itself is modest but functional and very clean. Thank you Maggie!
This really is in a quiet location - I couldn't quite believe it, having stayed in London quite a few times. Location is fantastic as it's only a 5 min walk from Holborn tube. The access to the flat key is quite ingenious and checking in was problem free even without Maggie there. The matress and pillows are both comfortable and the flat compares very favourably with hotels for the same budget I've stayed in nearby. I didn't cook in the flat, but it was nice to have the option of making toast in the morning. The space is well thought out.
My only gripe would be the lack of a hairdryer - not crucial for some, but I did regret not packing one.
There's no TV or radio in the flat, but the internet reception is good (and having the internet details on the back of the door is a very good idea), so streaming content is fine.
It has been a great experience. The house is in one of the best places possible. Very quiet place.
Maggie has been by far the best of this experience. Meeting people like her make everything worth. She is attentive, fast when you need her and a very warmth person.
This is good value for money. It is amazing to get a central London studio for less than £150 per day. The flat is as described and shown in the pictures- I was happy with it. Being on the second floor and in an old building, I could hear when the upstairs neighbour was walking on the wooden floors. I could also hear the sound of a TV occasionally. However, this did not disturb me, and I could accept this as part of my decision to stay in a central London flat. Overall, I would recommend this flat to stay in.
Great location. The room is slightly smaller than expected. The heater takes quite a while (3 hours) to heat up the room though.
This is the final rate, including any fees from the host and Airbnb.
