Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located renovated home. My wife, Brianne and I renovate old homes for a living and this home is our gift to you. Bri has a long history of creating desirable designer quality homes.

The neighborhood has the best coffee shops in the Midwest and prime restaurant options. You will be 15mins to Mall of America, 8 mins to downtown Mpls, 9 mins to US bank Stadium. Plus, the famous Minneapolis chain of lakes is a 15 min walk away. Photographers dream.

The space
The entire home has been renovated.

The kitchen has full size kitchen aid appliances, with quartz countertops Including a dishwasher. There is a coffee maker with complimentary coffee/tea. Plus, a waffle station with waffle iron, waffle mix, and syrup for breakfast or a midnight snack.

A pack n play is always at the house for your young kiddos. Also the lower level bedroom has a children's reading nook under the stairs, with children's books. Thinking your kids will love this space as much as my 5 year old does.

4 Bedrooms total
Bedroom #1- Primary-has a queen bed and attached private en suite bathroom. Primary bathroom has a shower, sink, toilet (with bidet), and makeup/hair preparation station with backlit mirror. This room is on the upper level.

Bedroom #2- Bunk Room- 4 single beds serviced by a full bathroom down the hall. Bathroom has a double sink, full bathtub and shower. This room is on the upper level.

Bedroom #3- has a queen bed & is in the lower level.

Bedroom #4- has full sized bed and is in the lower level. Also has a desk and work area.

Bedrooms 3 and 4 are serviced by a bathroom with sink, toilet, and single stall shower.

The main floor hosts an electric fireplace with 50" smart TV above. The dining room table will seat 8. There are 3 additional seats along the kitchen island. The open floor plan is ideal for gatherings.

The entire house is yours to use, with the exception of one owner’s closet where we store back up supplies.
